Description
Claims (20)
- 자기적으로 결합되는 기어 펌프에 있어서,하나 이상의 입구 및 하나 이상의 출구를 가지는 펌프 하우징,상기 펌프 하우징 내에 배치되고, 일 단부에 리세스(recess)를 가지고 있는 회전가능한 환형 자기 구동 어셈블리(annular magnetic drive assembly),일 단부에 리세스를 가지고 있는 환형 캐니스터(canister),상기 환형 캐니스터의 리세스 내에 배치되는 자석부(magnetic portion)를 가지고 있는 환형 구동 자석 및 로터 기어 어셈블리, 및제1 및 제2 샤프트부(shaft portion)를 가지고 있는 오프셋 고정 샤프트(offset stationary shaft)를 포함하고,상기 캐니스터의 적어도 일부는 상기 회전가능한 환형 자기 구동 어셈블리의 리세스 내에 배치되고, 상기 펌프 하우징과 밀봉 결합되며,상기 자석부는 상기 회전가능한 환형 자기 구동 어셈블리와 자기적으로 정렬되고,상기 제1 샤프트부의 종축은 상기 제2 샤프트부의 종축에 평행하게 이격되어 있고,상기 회전가능한 환형 자기 구동 어셈블리가 회전되면, 상기 환형 구동 자석 및 로터 기어 어셈블리는 상기 오프셋 고정 샤프트의 상기 제1 샤프트부를 중심으로 회전되고, 로터 기어는 상기 오프셋 고정 샤프트의 상기 제2 샤프트부를 중심으로 회전되는 아이들러 기어(idler gear)를 구동시키는것을 특징으로 하는 자기식 결합 기어 펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 오프셋 고정 샤프트의 제1 샤프트부의 적어도 일부는 상기 환형 캐니스터 내에 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기식 결합 기어 펌프.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 오프셋 고정 샤프트의 제1 샤프트부의 일 단부는 상기 환형 캐니스터의 리세스 내에 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기식 결합 기어 펌프.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 환형 캐니스터의 리세스 내에 장착되는 샤프트 서포트(support)를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기식 결합 기어 펌프.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 환형 캐니스터의 리세스는 상기 오프셋 고정 샤프트의 제1 샤프트부의 일단부를 위한 일체형 서포트를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기식 결합 기어 펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 펌프 하우징은 헤드부(head portion)를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기식 결합 기어 펌프.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 오프셋 고정 샤프트의 제1 샤프트부는 상기 환형 캐니스터의 리세스 내에 지지되고, 상기 오프셋 고정 샤프트의 제2 샤프트부는 상기 펌프 하우징의 헤드부에 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기식 결합 기어 펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 환형 구동 자석 및 로터 기어 어셈블리는, 상기 자석부를 갖는 자석 장착부에 결합되는 로터 기어부를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기식 결합 기어 펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 환형 구동 자석 및 로터 기어 어셈블리는, 상기 자석부를 갖는 자석 장착부와 일체로 형성되는 로터 기어부를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기식 결합 기어 펌프.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 환형 구동 자석 및 로터 기어 어셈블리는 상기 자석 장착부에 결합되는 자석을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기식 결합 기어 펌프.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 환형 구동 자석 및 로터 기어 어셈블리는 상기 자석 장착부에 결합되는 자석을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기식 결합 기어 펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 오프셋 고정 샤프트는 하나 이상의 스러스트 베어링면(thrust bearing surface)을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기식 결합 기어 펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 회전가능한 환형 자기 구동 어셈블리는, 상기 펌프 하우징에 회전가능하게 장착되는 샤프트에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기식 결합 기어 펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 회전가능한 환형 자기 구동 어셈블리는 외부 동력원의 회전가능한 샤프트에 장착될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기식 결합 기어 펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 아이들러 기어는 로터 기어 내에 배치되고, 내부 기어 펌프 구조의 로터 기어에 의하여 구동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기식 결합 기어 펌프.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 펌프 하우징은 상기 아이들러 기어에 인접한 초승달형 돌기부를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기식 결합 기어 펌프.
- 자기적으로 결합된 기어 펌프의 샤프트 및 기어 어셈블리에 있어서,제1 종축을 가지고 있는 제1 샤프트부 및 제2 종축을 가지고 있는 제2 샤프트부를 추가로 포함하는 오프셋 고정 샤프트, 및상기 제1 샤프트부와 회전가능하게 결합되는 로터 기어, 상기 제2 샤프트부와 회전가능하게 결합되는 아이들러 기어를 추가로 포함하고,상기 제1 및 제2 종축은 서로 평행하게 이격되어 있고,상기 로터 기어는 상기 아이들러 기어와 결합되는것을 특징으로 하는 자기식 결합 기어 펌프의 샤프트 및 기어 어셈블리.
- 제17항에 있어서,상기 오프셋 고정 샤프트는 하나의 연속적인 부분으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기식 결합 기어 펌프의 샤프트 및 기어 어셈블리.

- 제17항에 있어서,상기 로터 기어는 자석 어셈블리를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기식 결합 기어 펌프의 샤프트 및 기어 어셈블리.
