Claims (7)
- 평균 입경이 0.5∼5㎛, 굴절률이 1.4∼1.6 이고, 100∼800㎡/g 의 비표면적을 갖는 다공질성의 실리카 입자를 함유하고, 섬유축 방향의 길이 120㎛ 당의 섬유 표면에 최대폭이 0.5∼5㎛ 인 크기의 볼록부를 적어도 1 개 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 탄성 섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 실리카 입자를 0.05∼10wt% 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 탄성 섬유.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,편침에 대한 동(動)마찰계수가 0.2∼0.6 인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 탄성 섬유.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,폴리우레탄 탄성 섬유에 대한 정(靜)마찰계수가 0.3∼0.6 인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 탄성 섬유.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,나일론사에 대한 정마찰계수의 경시 변화 (70℃ 에서 16시간 방치하였을 때) 가 0.1 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 탄성 섬유.
- 평균 입경이 0.5∼5㎛, 굴절률이 1.4∼1.6 이고, 100∼800㎡/g 의 비표면적을 갖는 다공질성의 실리카 입자를 아미드계 극성 용매 중에서 미세 분산하고, 폴리우레탄에 대하여 0.05∼10wt% 함유시킨 폴리우레탄 방사 원액을 건식 방사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 탄성 섬유의 제조 방법.
