Description
Claims (15)
- 공기 액화 분리 장치의 전처리 정제 장치에 사용되는 흡착제에 있어서,적어도 한 개의 직선 채널을 가지는 제오라이트로 이루어진 탄화수소 흡착제.
- H-FER 구조를 가지는 제 1 항의 탄화수소 흡착제.
- 이온 교환에 의하여 그 세공 지름을 조정한 MOR 구조를 가지는 제 1 항의 탄화수소 흡착제.
- 제 1 항에 기재한 탄화수소 흡착제를 충진한 흡착탑을 가지는 공기 액화 분리 장치의 전처리 정제 장치에 있어서,상기 탄화수소 흡착제의 제오라이트는 H-FER 구조, 또는 이온 교환에 의하여 세공 지름을 조정한 MOR 구조를 가지는 온도 스윙 흡착식 전처리 정제 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 흡착탑에는 활성 알루미나, NaX형 제오라이트, 및 상기 탄화수소 흡착제가 순서대로 충진되고 적층되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전처리 정제 장치.
- 제 4 항의 전처리 정제 장치를 사용하여, 상기 공기 액화 분리 장치 내의 액체 산소 중의 탄화수소 농도를 감소시키는 원료 공기의 전처리 방법.
- 제 1 항에 따른 탄화수소 흡착제로서,제오라이트의 Si/Al 비가 100 이하인 프로판 흡착제.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 제오라이트가 MFI 구조를 가지는 프로판 흡착제.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,이온 교환에 의하여 형성된, 프로판 분자 이온 지름과 실질적으로 동일한 세공 지름을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로판 흡착제.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 이온 교환은 Na, Cu, Li, K, Mg, Ca, Zn, Ag, Ba, Cs, Rb, Sr로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 1 또는 2 이상의 원소를 사용하여 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로판 흡착제.
- 제 7 항의 프로판 흡착제를 충진한 흡착탑을 가지는 공기 액화 분리 장치의 전처리 정제 장치에 있어서,상기 탄화수소 흡착제의 제오라이트는 MFI 구조를 가지는 온도 스윙 흡착식 전처리 정제 장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 흡착탑에는, 활성 알루미나, NaX형 제오라이트, 및 상기 프로판 흡착제가 순서대로 충진되고 적층되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전처리 정제 장치.
- 제 11 항의 전처리 정제 장치를 사용하여, 상기 공기 액화 분리 장치 내의 액체 산소 중의 프로판 농도를 감소시키는 원료 공기의 전처리 방법.
- 공기 액화 분리 장치의 전처리 정제 장치에 있어서,제 1 항의 탄화수소 흡착제를 충진한 흡착탑을 가지는 온도 스윙 흡착 방식의 전처리 정제 장치.
- 제 14 항의 전처리 정제 장치를 사용하여, 상기 공기 액화 분리 장치 내의 액체 산소 중의 탄화수소 농도를 감소시키는 원료 공기의 전처리 방법.
