Description
또한 본 발명에 의하면, 상기 알칼리처리에 의한 검화공정후에 효과사인 저수축사와 심사인 고수축사가 하기 수학식 1을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이온과 나일론 혼섬 직물의 제조방법을 제공한다.

Claims (5)
- 나일론 6 및 나일론 6.6 섬유를 효과사로 하고, 치환도 2.0~2.75의 셀룰로오스 디아세테이트 섬유를 심사로 하는 이수축 혼섬사를 긴장 열처리하는 공정, 긴장열처리된 혼섬사로 직물을 제직하는 공정, 제직된 직물을 알칼리 처리하여 셀룰로오스 디아세테이트사를 레이온화 하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이온과 나일론 혼섬 직물의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 처리를 하는 검화 공정 후에 효과사(저수축사)와 심사(고수축사)가 하기 수학식 1을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이온과 나일론 혼섬 직물의 제조방법.[수학식 1]4≤SSP(H)-SSP(L)≤10SSP(H)는 긴장 열처리후 검화공정에서의 고수축사의 수축율(%)SSP(L)은 긴장 열처리후 검화공정에서의 저수축사의 수축율(%)
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 처리온도를 70~130oC로 하고, 알칼리 처리시간을 1~120분으로 하며, 알칼리 농도를 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 사 대비 30~40wt%로 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이온과 나일론 혼섬 직물의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 처리에 알칼리와 검화촉진제를 병용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이온과 나일론 혼섬 직물의 제조방법.
