Claims (4)
- 치환도 2.0 ~ 2.75의 셀룰로오스 디아세테이트 섬유의 전체 아세틸기중 75%이상을 섬유축방향의 장력하에서 히드록시기로 검화시켜 1.0 ~ 2.5gf/de의 절단강도, 10 ~ 20%의 절단신도, 0.020 ~ 0.040의 복굴절율을 갖도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 레이온 섬유.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 검화전 원료 섬유가 치환도 2.0 ~ 2.75의 셀룰로오스 디아세테이트 섬유, 또는 이를 포함하는 혼합 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이온 섬유.
- 치환도 2.0 ~ 2.75의 셀룰로오스 디아세테이트 섬유를 섬유축 방향의 장력하에서 강알칼리 단독으로 또는 강알칼리와 약알칼리하에서 이단으로 침지한후 수세 및 건조하여 전체섬유의 아세틸기중 75%이상을 히드록시기로 검화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이온 섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 셀룰로오스 디아세테이트 섬유의 알칼리 침지시에 제4급 암모늄염 및 포스포늄염과 같은 검화 촉진제를 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이온 섬유의 제조방법.
