Claims (3)
- 심사로써 치환도 2.0~2.75의 셀룰로오스 디아세테이트 섬유와 효과사로서 폴리에스테르 태세사(Thick and Thin Yarn)를 공기 교락하여 혼섬한 후 긴장 열처리하고, 얻어진 혼섬사로 직물을 제직한 후, 제직된 직물을 알칼리 처리하여 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 섬유을 레이온으로 전환시켜서, 상기 심사와 효과사가 하기 수학식 1의 수축특성을 만족도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 태세사(Thick and Thin Yarn)/셀룰로오스 이수축 혼섬 직물의 제조방법.[수학식 1]14.6≤SSP(H)-SSP(L)≤18.0SSP(H)는 긴장 열처리후 검화공정에서의 심사(고수축사)의 수축율(%)SSP(L)은 긴장 열처리후 검화공정에서의 효과사(저수축사)의 수축율(%)
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 알칼리 처리시 알칼리 처리온도를 70~130oC로 하고, 알카리 처리시간을 1~120분으로 하며, 알칼리 농도를 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 섬유 대비 32~40wt%로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 태세사(Thick and Thin Yarn)/셀룰로오스 이수축 혼섬 직물의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 알칼리 처리시 반응속도조절제로서 제4급암모니움염, 포스포니움염 또는 이들의 혼합물을 첨가 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 태세사(Thick and Thin Yarn)/셀룰로오스 이수축 혼섬 직물의 제조방법.
