Claims (18)
- C4 올레핀 스트림을 복분해 촉매와 접촉시켜 자가 복분해를 수행하여 이소부틸렌과 파라핀을 포함하는 중질 올레핀, 에틸렌 및 프로필렌을 포함하는 자가 복분해 생성물을 제조하는 단계(a),자가 복분해 생성물을 분별증류하여 에틸렌 스트림을 제거함으로써 프로필렌, 중질 올레핀 및 파라핀을 포함하는 에틸렌 제거 스트림을 형성하는 단계(b),에틸렌 제거 스트림을 분별증류하여 프로필렌 생성물을 제거함으로써 중질 올레핀과 파라핀을 포함하는 프로필렌 제거 스트림을 형성하는 단계(c),프로필렌 제거 스트림을 처리하여 이소부틸렌을 제거함으로써 잔류하는 C4 및 파라핀 함유 중질 올레핀 스트림을 형성하는 단계(d),잔류하는 C4 및 중질 올레핀 스트림의 일부를 퍼징하여 파라핀 증가를 제한하는 단계(e),잔류하는 C4 및 중질 올레핀 스트림의 잔류하는 부분을 종래의 복분해를 위한 충분량의 에틸렌(여기서, 에틸렌의 양은 제거된 에틸렌 스트림과 C4 올레핀 스트림에서 n-부텐에 대한 외부의 새로운 에틸렌의 몰 비가 0 내지 0.8로 되도록 선택된 외부의 새로운 에틸렌 양을 포함한다)과 혼합하는 단계(f) 및혼합물을 복분해 촉매와 접촉시켜 추가의 프로필렌을 함유하는 종래의 복분해 생성물을 제조하는 단계(g)를 포함하는, n-부텐, 이소부틸렌, 파라핀 및 10,000ppm 이하의 부타디엔을 함유하는 C4 올레핀 스트림으로부터의 프로필렌의 제조방법.

- C4 올레핀 스트림을 복분해 촉매와 접촉시켜 자가 복분해를 수행하여 이소부틸렌과 파라핀을 포함하는 중질 올레핀, 에틸렌 및 프로필렌을 포함하는 자가 복분해 생성물을 제조하는 단계(a),자가 복분해 생성물을 분별증류하여 에틸렌 스트림을 제거함으로써 프로필렌, 중질 올레핀 및 파라핀을 포함하는 에틸렌 제거 스트림을 형성하는 단계(b),에틸렌 제거 스트림을 분별증류하여 프로필렌 생성물을 제거함으로써 중질 올레핀과 파라핀을 포함하는 프로필렌 제거 스트림을 형성하는 단계(c),프로필렌 제거 스트림을 처리하여 C5+ 분획물을 제거함으로써 혼합된 C4 스트림을 형성하는 단계(d),혼합된 C4 스트림을 처리하여 이소부틸렌을 제거함으로써 파라핀을 또한 함유하는 잔류하는 n-C4 올레핀 스트림을 형성하는 단계(e),잔류하는 n-C4 올레핀 스트림의 일부를 퍼징하여 파라핀 증가를 제한하는 단계(f),잔류하는 C4 중질 올레핀 스트림의 잔류하는 부분을 종래의 복분해를 위한 충분량의 에틸렌(여기서, 에틸렌의 양은 제거된 에틸렌 스트림과 C4 올레핀 스트림에서 n-부텐에 대한 외부의 새로운 에틸렌의 몰 비가 0 내지 0.8로 되도록 선택된 외부의 새로운 에틸렌의 양을 포함한다)과 혼합하는 단계(g) 및혼합물을 복분해 촉매와 접촉시켜 추가의 프로필렌을 함유하는 종래의 복분해 생성물을 제조하는 단계(h)를 포함하는, n-부텐, 이소부틸렌, 파라핀 및 10,000ppm 이하의 부타디엔을 함유하는 C4 올레핀 스트림으로부터의 프로필렌의 제조방법.

- 제15항에 있어서, 이소부틸렌의 제거단계(e)가 1-부텐을 2-부텐으로 전환시키는 촉매적 증류 하이드로이성체화 이소부틸렌 제거 공정을 포함하는, C4 올레핀 스트림으로부터의 프로필렌의 제조방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, C4 올레핀 스트림의 조성이 1-부텐과 이소부틸렌의 합에 대한 2-부텐의 비가 0.5 내지 1.5로 되는, C4 올레핀 스트림으로부터의 프로필렌의 제조방법.
