Claims (10)
- 전체 중량을 기준으로 폴리올레핀계 공중합체 수지로 이루어진 베이스 수지 97 내지 99 중량%, 알콕시 실란 화합물 0.99 내지 2.9 중량%, 라디칼 중합개시제 0.01 내지 0.1 중량%로 이루어진 실란 그래프트 공중합체 49.9 내지 67.0 중량%;카본 블랙 30 내지 50 중량%;펜타에리트리틸-테트라키스[3-(3,5-디-t-부틸-4-히드록시페닐)-프로피오네이트], 2,2'-티오디에틸비스-[3-(3,5-디-t-부틸-4-히드록시페닐)-프로피오네이트], 옥타데실-3-(3,5-디-t-부틸-4-히드록시페닐)프로피오네이트, 4,4'-티오비스(6-t-부틸-m-크레졸), 트리에틸렌글리콜-비스-3(3-t-부틸-4-히드록시-5-메틸페닐)프로피오네이트, 4,4'-싸이오비스[2-(1,1-디-메티에틸)-5-메틸-페놀, 테트라키스-메틸렌(3,5-디-터트-뷰틸-4-하이드록시시나네이트)-메탄, 디라우릴 티오디프로피오네이트 또는 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 산화 방지제 0.1 내지 3 중량%를 포함한 전력 케이블용 외부 반도전층.

- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 외부 반도전층은 상온에서 인장강도가 1.2 내지 1.8 kgf/㎟, 상온에서 신장율이 200 내지 400 %, 가열 후 인장잔율이 85 내지 130 %, 가열 후 신장잔율이 80 내지 120 %, 23℃에서 체적 저항율이 0.1 내지 5 Ωㆍm, 90℃에서 체적 저항율이 5 내지 50 Ωㆍm, 가교도가 50 내지 80 %, 박리력이 2 내지 10 kgf/12.7㎜, 밀도가 1.1 내지 1.2 g/㎤인 것을 특징으로 하는 전력 케이블용 외부 반도전층.
- 폴리올레핀계 공중합체 수지로 이루어진 베이스 수지 97 내지 99 중량%, 알콕시 실란 화합물 0.99 내지 2.9 중량%, 라디칼 중합개시제 0.01 내지 0.1 중량%를 반응 압출기에 투입하여 반응 압출시켜 실란이 폴리올레핀 공중합체 수지에 화학적으로 결합된 실란 그래프트 공중합체를 제조하는 그래프팅 단계;외부 반도전층 전체 중량을 기준으로 상기 그래프팅 단계에서 제조되는 실란 그래프트 공중합체 49.9 내지 67.0 중량%, 카본 블렉 30 내지 50 중량%, 펜타에리트리틸-테트라키스[3-(3,5-디-t-부틸-4-히드록시페닐)-프로피오네이트], 2,2'-티오디에틸비스-[3-(3,5-디-t-부틸-4-히드록시페닐)-프로피오네이트], 옥타데실-3-(3,5-디-t-부틸-4-히드록시페닐)프로피오네이트, 4,4'-티오비스(6-t-부틸-m-크레졸), 트리에틸렌글리콜-비스-3(3-t-부틸-4-히드록시-5-메틸페닐)프로피오네이트, 4,4'-싸이오비스[2-(1,1-디-메티에틸)-5-메틸-페놀, 테트라키스-메틸렌(3,5-디-터트-뷰틸-4-하이드록시시나네이트)-메탄, 디라우릴 티오디프로피오네이트 또는 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 산화 방지제 0.1 내지 3 중량%를 혼련기에 투입하여 혼합하는 혼련 단계;상기 혼련된 조성물을 압출기로 압출하는 압출 단계;압출된 조성물을 70 내지 90 ℃의 물에 담근 후 3 내지 5시간 동안 수가교하는 수가교 단계로 이루어진 전력 케이블용 외부 반도전층의 제조방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 베이스 수지는 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리에틸렌 유도체의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 전력 케이블용 외부 반도전층의 제조방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 베이스 수지가 폴리에틸렌과 폴리에틸렌 유도체의 중량 비율이 1 : 99 내지 30 : 70으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전력 케이블용 외부 반도전층의 제조방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 베이스 수지는 상기 수지 전체 중량을 기준으로 에틸렌비닐아세테이트 80 내지 99 중량%와 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 1 내지 20 중량%로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전력 케이블용 외부 반도전층의 제조방법.
