Claims (7)
- 전기 모터 조절 구동 장치(11)에 의해서 구동되는 가동 부품(16), 특히 자동차용 윈도우와 슬라이딩 루프의 폐쇄력을 제한하기 위한 방법으로서,상기 조절 구동 장치(11)와 연결된 센서(18)의 주기적인 신호를 기초로 각각 현재 모터 속도(Δn)를 결정하는 단계,상기 모터 속도(Δn)의 실제 변화에 대한 대표값을 산출하는 단계,상기 각각의 현재 대표값을 가산 메모리(24) 내에서 가산하여 저장하는 단계,상기 가산된 값(ΣΔn)이 한계값을 초과하는 경우, 타임 미터(28)와 한계값 곡선 트랜스미터(30)를 시동하는 단계,상기 한계값 곡선 트랜스미터의 현재 한계값(g(t))을 가산된 현재값(ΣΔn)과 비교하는 단계,상기 가산된 각각의 현재 값(ΣΔn)이 각각의 현재 한계값(g(t)) 보다 크거나 동일한 경우, 폐쇄력을 제한하는 조치를 트리거링 하고 상기 타임 미터(28)와 상기 가산 메모리(24)를 리셋하는 단계 및,상기 가산된 각각의 현재값(ΣΔn)이 상기 각각의 현재 한계값(g(t))보다 작고 사전 설정된 허용 오차(Δ)와 사전설정된 시간 단위(Δt) 내에서 일정한 경우, 비교를 중단하고 상기 타임 미터(28)와 상기 가산 메모리(24)를 리셋하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가동 부품의 폐쇄력을 제한하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 현재 모터 속도(Δn)의 결정은 주기적인 에지 교대(16)를 기초로 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가동 부품의 폐쇄력을 제한하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 모터 속도(Δn)의 변화에 대한 대표값으로서 현재 속도값(ni)과 직전의 속도값(ni-1)의 차이가 계산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가동 부품의 폐쇄력을 제한하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 한계값(g(t))의 진행은 실험으로 결정된 사전 설정된 꼭지점(gi)으로부터 보간되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가동 부품의 폐쇄력을 제한하기 위한 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 꼭지점(gi)은 상기 한계값 곡선 트랜스미터(30)에 표로 저장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가동 부품의 폐쇄력을 제한하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 한계값의 곡선은 여러 작동 조건에 따라 조정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가동 부품의 폐쇄력을 제한하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 폐쇄력을 제한하기 위하여 상기 조절 구동 장치(11)가 중단되거나 역전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가동 부품의 폐쇄력을 제한하기 위한 방법.
