Claims (20)
- 비디오 신호를 수신하도록 적용된 입력 단자 및 출력 단자를 가지는 제 1 필터 스테이지;상기 제 1 필터 스테이지의 상기 출력 단자에 접속된 입력 단자 및 출력 단자를 가지며, 온도 감지 디바이스를 포함하는 감쇠기; 그리고상기 감쇠기의 상기 출력 단자에 접속된 입력 단자 및 비디오 증폭기의 출력 신호가 제공되는 출력 단자를 가지는 제 2 필터 스테이지를 포함하는 비디오 증폭기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 온도 감지 디바이스는 서미스터(thermister)인 것을 특징으로 하는 비디오 증폭기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 필터 스테이지 및 상기 제 2 필터 스테이지 각각은 샐런-키(Sallen-Key) 필터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비디오 증폭기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 필터 스테이지 및 상기 제 2 필터 스테이지 각각은 저역 통과 특성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 비디오 증폭기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 필터 스테이지 및 상기 제 2 필터 스테이지 각각은 대역 통과 특성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 비디오 증폭기.
- RF 신호를 수신하도록 적용된 입력 단자 및 증폭된 RF 신호가 제공되는 출력 단자를 가지는 RF 증폭기;상기 RF 증폭기의 상기 증폭된 RF 신호가 제공되는 출력 단자에 접속된 입력 단자 및 저 주파수 신호가 제공되는 출력 단자를 가지는 하향 변환기; 그리고상기 하향 변환기의 상기 저 주파수 신호가 제공되는 출력 단자에 접속된 입력 단자 및 필터링된 신호가 제공되는 출력 단자를 가지며, 온도 보상 감쇠기를 포함하는 비디오 증폭기를 포함하는 레이더 수신기.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 RF 증폭기는 GaAs 트랜지스터로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이더 수신기.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 감쇠기는 서미스터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이더 수신기.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 감쇠기는 전압 분배기를 형성하도록 상기 서미스터에 접속된 적어도 하나의 저항을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이더 수신기.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 비디오 증폭기는,상기 하향 변환기의 상기 출력 단자에 접속된 입력 단자 및 상기 온도 보상 감쇠기에 접속된 출력 단자를 가지는 제 1 필터 스테이지; 그리고상기 온도 보상 감쇠기에 접속된 입력 단자 및 상기 필터링된 신호가 제공되는 출력 단자를 가지는 제 2 필터 스테이지를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이더 수신기.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 필터 스테이지 및 상기 제 2 필터 스테이지 각각은 대역 통과 특성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이더 수신기.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 대역 통과 특성은 누설 신호를 감쇠시키기 위해 선택된 저 주파수 컷오프(cutoff)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이더 수신기.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 대역 통과 특성은 상기 레이더 수신기로부터 미리결정된 거리보다 멀리 위치된 물체에 의해 반사된, 수신 RF 신호를 감쇠시키기 위해 선택된 저 주파수 컷오프를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이더 수신기.
- 제 1 RF 신호를 송신하기 위한 송신 안테나;제 2 RF 신호를 수신하기 위한 수신 안테나; 그리고상기 수신 안테나에 접속되어 상기 제 2 RF 신호를 처리하고, 온도 보상 감쇠기를 구비하는 비디오 증폭기를 가지는 수신기 회로를 포함하는 레이더 시스템.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 상기 온도 보상 비디오 증폭기는,상기 제 2 RF 신호를 수신하도록 적용된 입력 단자 및 출력 단자를 가지는 제 1 필터 스테이지;상기 제 1 필터 스테이지의 상기 출력 단자에 접속된 입력 단자 및 출력 단자를 가지며, 온도 감지 디바이스를 포함하는 감쇠기; 그리고상기 감쇠기의 상기 출력 단자에 접속된 입력 단자 및 상기 비디오 증폭기의 출력 신호가 제공되는 출력 단자를 가지는 제 2 필터 스테이지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이더 시스템.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 상기 수신기 회로는 온도에 따라 제 1의 미리결정된 양만큼 변화하는 이득을 가지는 RF 증폭기를 더 포함하며,상기 감쇠기는 온도에 따라 제 2의 미리결정된 양만큼 변화하는 이득을 제공하며,상기 제 1 및 제 2의 미리결정된 양은 실제로 상보적인(complementary) 것을 특징으로 하는 레이더 시스템.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 필터 스테이지 및 상기 제 2 필터 스테이지 각각은 대역 통과 특성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이더 시스템.
- 제 17항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 RF 신호는 상기 제 1 RF 신호의 누설 신호 부분을 포함하며, 상기 대역 통과 특성은 상기 제 1 RF 신호의 상기 누설 신호 부분을 감쇠시키기 위해 선택된 저 주파수 컷오프를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이더 시스템.
- 제 17항에 있어서, 상기 대역 통과 특성은 상기 레이더 시스템으로부터 미리결정된 거리보다 멀리 위치된 물체에 의해 반사된, 수신된 RF 신호를 감쇠시키기 위해 선택된 저 주파수 컷오프를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이더 시스템.
- 제 15항에 있어서,디지털 신호를 제공하기 위해 상기 비디오 증폭기의 상기 출력 신호에 응답하는 아날로그-디지털 변환기;상기 수신기 회로의 상기 온도를 표시하는 신호를 제공하기 위한 온도 센서; 그리고상기 온도 표시 신호에 응답하여 상기 디지털 신호를 처리하기 위해 사용되는 임계값을 변화시키기 위한 디지털 신호 처리기를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이더 시스템.
