Claims (38)
- 먼저 가소화되고 용융 압출 성형된 전분; 폴리에스테르; 이염기성 유기산을 포함하는, 상기 전분과 폴리에스테르용 에스테르 교환(trans-esterification) 촉매의 혼합물을 반응적으로 용융 압출 성형함으로써, 폴리에스테르 단편이 전분에 접붙임된 먼저 가소화되고 용융 압출 성형된 열가소성 전분을 함유하는 용융 압출 성형된 전분-폴리에스테르 접붙임 공중합체 조성물에 있어서, 상기 압출 성형되고 먼저 가소화된 전분과 상기 조성물은 이축 압출 성형기 내에서, 가열 및 상기 혼합물로부터 반응되지 않은 이염기성 유기산과 수분의 환기(venting)로 개별적으로 압출 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 압출 성형된 전분-폴리에스테르 접붙임 공중합체 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 및 먼저 가소화된 전분을 함유하는 조성물의 0.5 내지 25wt%의 가소제를 추가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 압출 성형된 전분-폴리에스테르 접붙임 공중합체 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 자연 또는 유기적으로 변형된 나노클레이(nanoclay)를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 압출 성형된 전분-폴리에스테르 접붙임 공중합체 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 전분은 옥수수, 감자, 밀, 쌀, 사고(sago), 타피오카, 찰옥수수, 수수류, 고아밀로오스 전분에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 압출 성형된 전분-폴리에스테르 접붙임 공중합체 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 50 내지 80wt%의 먼저 가소화된 전분; 상기 전분의 0.5 내지 10wt%의 이염기성 유기산; 폴리에스테르와 먼저 가소화된 전분을 함유하는 조성물의 10 내지 50wt%의 가소제; 선택적으로, 균등한 폴리에스테르를 함유하는 조성물의 0.01 내지 2.0wt% 범위의 유리 라디칼 개시제의 혼합물로부터 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 압출 성형된 전분-폴리에스테르 접붙임 공중합체 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 50 내지 80wt%의 먼저 가소화된 전분; 상기 전분의 0.5 내지 10wt%의 에스테르 교환 촉매(말레산); 폴리에스테르와 먼저 가소화된 전분을 함유하는 조성물의 10 내지 50wt%의 가소제; 나노클레이를 함유하는 혼합물로부터 제조되고, 상기 나노클레이는 전체 조성물의 0.5 내지 25wt% 범위의 양으로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 압출 성형된 전분-폴리에스테르 접붙임 공중합체 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르는 조성물의 50 내지 90wt%인 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 압출 성형된 전분-폴리에스테르 접붙임 공중합체 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 먼저 가소화된 전분은 다가 알코올로 먼저 가소화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 압출 성형된 전분-폴리에스테르 접붙임 공중합체 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 혼합물의 용융 압출 성형을 위한 유리 라디칼 개시제를 추가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 압출 성형된 전분-폴리에스테르 접붙임 공중합체 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 혼합물의 용융 압출 성형을 위한 과산화물인 유리 라디칼 개시제를 추가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 압출 성형된 전분-폴리에스테르 접붙임 공중합체 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 몬모릴로나이트(montmorillonite), 녹점토(smectite), 헥토라이트(hectorite), 이들의 혼합물에서 선택되는 나노클레이를 추가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 압출 성형된 전분-폴리에스테르 접붙임 공중합체 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 완전 생분해성인 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 압출 성형된 전분-폴리에스테르 접붙임 공중합체 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 혼합물은 100℃-200℃ 범위의 온도에서 이축 압출 성형기(twin screw extruder) 내에서 용융되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 압출 성형된 전분-폴리에스테르 접붙임 공중합체 조성물.
- 전분 폴리에스테르 접붙임 공중합체 조성물을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 방법은 폴리에스테르 단편이 전분에 접붙임되어 조성물이 형성되는 온도에서, 먼저 가소화되고 용융 압출 성형된 열가소성 전분; 폴리에스테르; 이염기성 유기산을 포함하는, 상기 전분과 폴리에스테르용 에스테르 교환 촉매의 혼합물을 용융 압출 성형하는 단계를 포함하고, 여기서 상기 압출 성형되고 먼저 가소화된 전분과 상기 조성물은 이축 압출 성형기 내에서, 가열 및 상기 혼합물로부터 반응되지 않은 이염기성 유기산과 수분의 환기(venting)로 개별적으로 압출 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 18항에 있어서, 혼합물의 혼합은 100 내지 200℃ 온도에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 18항 또는 19항에 있어서, 이염기산은 말레산인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 18항 또는 19항에 있어서, 유기산은 전분 내에 함유된 물과 유기 무수물의 반응으로 혼합 과정에서 in situ 생성된 이염기산인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 18항 또는 19항에 있어서, 조성물은 혼합물 내에 제공되는 가소제를 추가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 18항 또는 19항에 있어서, 과산화물 개시제가 혼합물 내로 추가로 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 18항에 있어서, 나노클레이가 혼합물 내로 추가로 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 생분해성의 먼저 가소화되고 용융 압출 성형된 열가소성 전분; 이염기성 유기산을 포함하는 에스테르 교환 촉매; 가소제; 생분해성 폴리에스테르; 선택적으로, 유리 라디칼 개시제의 용융 압출 성형된 혼합물을 함유하는 전분 기초된 공중합체 조성물에 있어서, 상기 압출 성형되고 먼저 가소화된 전분과 상기 조성물은 이축 압출 성형기 내에서, 가열 및 상기 혼합물로부터 반응되지 않은 이염기성 유기산과 수분의 환기(venting)로 개별적으로 압출 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전분 기초된 공중합체 조성물.
- 제 25항에 있어서, 전분은 옥수수 전분, 감자 전분, 타피오카 전분, 쌀 전분, 밀 전분, 카사바 전분에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전분 기초된 공중합체 조성물.
- 제 25항에 있어서, 전분은 혼합물의 5 내지 90%wt인 것을 특징으로 하는 전분 기초된 공중합체 조성물.
- 제 25항에 있어서, 가소화되기 이전의 전분은 0 내지 95 유동도(fluidity)의 변형되지 않은 전분, 산화된 전분, 또는 산처리(thin boiling) 전분인 것을 특징으로 하는 전분 기초된 공중합체 조성물 .
- 제 25항에 있어서, 전분은 0.5 내지 15wt%의 수분 함량을 보유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전분 기초된 공중합체 조성물.
- 제 25항에 있어서, 먼저 가소화된 전분은 분말 형태로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전분 기초된 공중합체 조성물.
- 제 25항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르는 조성물의 50 내지 90wt%인 것을 특징으로 하는 전분 기초된 공중합체 조성물.
- 제 25항에 있어서, 가소제는 다가 알코올인 것을 특징으로 하는 전분 기초된 공중합체 조성물.
- 제 25항에 있어서, 가소제는 혼합물의 10 내지 70wt%의 양으로 폴리하이드록시 알코올인 것을 특징으로 하는 전분 기초된 공중합체 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제 25항에 있어서, 이염기성 유기산은 말레산, 숙신산, 이타콘산, 프탈산, 이들의 혼합물에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전분 기초된 공중합체 조성물.
- 제 25항에 있어서, 전분은 혼합물의 50 내지 80wt%인 것을 특징으로 하는 전분 기초된 공중합체 조성물.
- 전분 기초된 조성물을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 방법은 생분해성의 먼저 가소화되고 용융 압출 성형된 열가소성 전분; 이염기성 유기산을 포함하는, 상기 전분과 폴리에스테르용 에스테르 교환 촉매; 가소제; 생분해성 폴리에스테르 수지; 유리 라디칼 개시제를 함유하는 혼합물을 용융 압출 성형하는 단계를 포함하고, 여기서 상기 먼저 가소화된 전분과 상기 혼합물은 이축 압출 성형기 내에서, 가열 및 상기 혼합물로부터 반응되지 않은 이염기성 유기산과 수분의 환기(venting)로 개별적으로 압출 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
