Claims (6)
- 실린더 부분(13)에 고리형의 피스톤(20)을 축중심 방향으로 이동가능하게 기밀이 유지되도록 삽입하고, 상기 실린더 부분(13)의 제1단벽(端壁, 15)과 상기 피스톤(20)의 사이에 제1실(21)을 형성함과 동시에, 상기 실린더 부분(13)의 제2단벽(16)과 상기 피스톤(20)의 사이에 제2실(22)을 형성하고,상기 피스톤(20)과 동심으로 출력로드(26)를 설치하고, 상기 출력로드(26)를 상기 제2단벽(16)에 축중심 방향으로 이동가능하게 기밀이 유지되도록 삽입하고,상기 제2실(22) 내에서 상기 피스톤(20)과 상기 출력로드(26) 사이의 고리형 공간에 제1수압(受壓)부재(31)와 제2수압부재(32)를 축중심 방향으로 대면시키고, 이들 제1 및 제2수압부재(31, 32)의 사이에 고리형상의 끼움공간(33)을 반경방향의 안쪽으로 점차 좁아지도록 형성하여, 상기 끼움공간(33)에 둘레방향으로 소정의 간격을 두고 복수의 끼움부재(34)를 삽입하고,상기 제1수압부재(31)를 상기 출력로드(26)의 제1단(26a)에 연결함과 동시에, 상기 제2수압부재(32)를 상기 제2단벽(16)에 연결하고,상기 제1실(21)에 설치한 구동수단(47)에 의해 상기 피스톤(20)을 제2단 방향으로 구동하도록 하는 것에 의해, 상기 피스톤(20)에 설치한 누름면(37)이 상기 끼움부재(34)와 상기 제1수압부재(31)를 차례로 통해서 상기 출력로드(26)를 제1단(端) 방향으로 구동하고, 상기 제2실(22)에 압력유체를 공급하는 것에 의해, 상기 압력유체가 상기 피스톤(20)을 제1단 방향으로 복귀 구동함과 동시에, 상기 출력로드(26)를 제2단 방향으로 복귀 구동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 클램프 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 끼움부재(34)를 전동체(轉動體)에 의해서 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 클램프 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 실린더 부분(13)을 지지블럭(6)에 고정하고, 상기 지지블럭(6)에 클램프 아암(10)의 지점부(10a)를 자유롭게 요동(搖動)하도록 지지하며, 상기 클램프 아암(10)의 입력부(10c)에 상기 출력로드(26)의 제2단(26b)을 자유롭게 요동하도록 연결한 것을 특징으로 하는 클램프 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 지지블럭(6)에 상기 실린더 부분(13)을 착탈 가능하게 고정한 것을 특징으로 하는 클램프 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,고정대(1)의 T자 홈(8) 또는 이 고정대(1)에 고정한 가이드 블록의 T자 홈에 끼우는 T자 다리(7)를 상기 지지블럭(6)의 하부에 설치하고, 상기 T자 다리(7)에 상기 클램프 아암(10)의 출력부(10b)와 상하방향으로 대면하는 돌출부분(7a)을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 클램프 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,고정대(1)의 측면 또는 윗면에 상기 지지블럭(6)을 착탈 가능하게 고정한 것을 특징으로 하는 클램프 장치.
