Claims (15)
- 복합체(composite) 내부를 향한 2장의 창유리 중 한 장의 표면(22)에는 부식을 방지하는 투명한 표면 코팅(5)과 각각의 창유리(2,3)를 결합시키는 접착층(4)이 제공되는, 적어도 2장의 창유리(pane)(2,3)로 구성되어 있는 적층 창유리 유닛(laminated glazing unit)(1)을 제조하는 방법으로서,- 상기 창유리의 주변 가장자리(21)로부터 상기 창유리의 주요 표면 방향으로 0.1mm와 5mm 사이의 영역(A)에서, 상기 코팅된 창유리(2)의 적어도 하나의 가장자리(21)를 따라 상기 투명한 표면 코팅(5)을 제거하는 단계,- 수증기(water vapour) 확산에 침투되지 않고, 상기 투명한 표면 코팅(5)의 외부 경계 가장자리를 덮는 보호층(protective layer)(6)이, 코팅이 벗겨진 상기 코팅된 창유리(2)의 가장자리를 따라 도포되는 단계,- 적층 창유리 유닛(1)을 형성하기 위해, 접착층(4)을 삽입함으로써 상기 창유리(2,3)가 결합되는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층 창유리 유닛 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 투명한 표면 코팅(5)은 상기 코팅된 창유리(2)의 가장자리를 따라 마모(abrasion)에 의해 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층 창유리 유닛 제조 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 마모에 의한 상기 표면 코팅(5)의 제거는, 주변 가장자리(21)를 연마하기 위한 연마 처리와 동시에 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층 창유리 유닛 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 투명한 표면 코팅(5)의 상기 외부 경계 가장자리를 덮는 상기 보호층으로 유기 코팅(organic coating)이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층 창유리 유닛 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 투명한 표면 코팅(5)의 상기 외부 경계 가장자리를 덮는 상기 보호층(6)으로, 베이킹하고자 하는 세라믹 페인트(ceramic paint to be baked)가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층 창유리 유닛 제조 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 보호층은 상기 투명한 표면 코팅(5)이 제공되는 상기 코팅된 창유리(2)의 주요 표면의 전체 표면을 덮는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층 창유리 유닛 제조 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 투명한 표면 코팅(5)의 상기 외부 경계 가장자리를 덮는 상기 보호층(6)은, 테두리(frame)의 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층 창유리 유닛 제조 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 투명한 표면 코팅(5)의 상기 외부 경계 가장자리를 덮는 상기 보호층(6)은 불투명하고, 이와 동시에 장식 테두리로도 작용하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층 창유리 유닛 제조 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 창유리(2,3) 중 적어도 한 장은 유리로 제조되고, 베이킹하고자 하는 세라믹 페인트(6)가 제공되며, 상기 베이킹하고자 하는 세라믹 페인트(6)는 추가적인 공정 단계 중에 베이킹되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층 창유리 유닛 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 창유리(2,3) 중 적어도 한 장은, 굽힘 가공(bending procedure)을 하기 전에 상기 투명한 표면 코팅(5)이 제공된 구부러진 유리(curved glass)로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층 창유리 유닛 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법을 이용해서 제조된 적층 창유리 유닛(1)으로서,적층 창유리 유닛(1)을 형성하기 위해, 접착층(4)을 삽입함으로써 연결된 적어도 2장의 창유리(2,3)로 구성되어 있고,복합체의 내부를 향해 있는 한 장의 창유리(2)의 표면(22)에는 투명한 표면 코팅(5)이 제공되며,상기 투명한 표면 코팅(5)은, 상기 창유리의 주변 가장자리(21)로부터 상기 창유리의 주요 표면 방향으로 0.1mm와 5mm 사이의 영역(A)에서, 상기 코팅된 창유리(2)의 적어도 하나의 가장자리를 따라 제거되고,상기 창유리 주요 표면의 코팅된 부분과 코팅되지 않은 부분 사이의 변환 영역(transition region)은 수증기(water vapour)의 확산에 침투되지 않는 보호층(protective layer)(6)으로 도포되어 있는, 적층 창유리 유닛(1).
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 창유리 주요 표면의 상기 코팅되지 않은 영역의 표면은, 180°와 190°사이의 각을 이루면서 상기 코팅된 영역의 표면과 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층 창유리 유닛(1).
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 보호층(6)은 베이킹하고자 하는 세라믹 페인트인 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층 창유리 유닛(1).
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 보호층은 상기 투명한 표면 코팅(5)이 제공되는 상기 코팅된 창유리(2)의 주요 표면의 전체 표면을 덮는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층 창유리 유닛 제조 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 투명한 표면 코팅(5)의 상기 외부 경계 가장자리를 덮는 상기 보호층(6)은, 테두리(frame)의 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층 창유리 유닛 제조 방법.
