Claims (9)
- 실린더와, 피스톤 로드와, 상기 실린더 내에서 왕복 운동하는 피스톤을 구비한 왕복식 압축기이며,상기 피스톤 로드는 상기 피스톤에 연결되는 구면 커플링을 갖고,소결 금속으로 형성된 상기 피스톤은 상기 피스톤 로드의 상기 구면 커플링과 접하는 곡면을 구비한 구면 받침부를 갖고,상기 구면 받침부의 표면은 구면형으로 기계 가공된 후, 상기 소결 금속의 산화막이 형성되고, 또한 상기 산화막 표면이 평활화 가공되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복식 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소결 금속은 철을 포함하는 금속이고, 상기 산화막은 사산화삼철인 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복식 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤 로드를 구동하는 크랭크샤프트와, 그 크랭크샤프트를 지지하는 프레임을 갖고,상기 프레임은 상기 피스톤이 통 내를 왕복 이동하는 실린더와 일체적으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복식 압축기.
- 피스톤 로드의 구면 커플링에 접하는 구면 받침부를 구비한 피스톤이 실린더 내에서 왕복 운동하는 왕복식 압축기의 제조 방법이며, 소결 금속으로 이루어지는 상기 피스톤의 구면 받침부의 표면을 구면형으로 기계 가공한 후, 상기 구면 받침부의 표면에 상기 소결 금속의 산화막을 형성하고, 또한 상기 산화막 표면을 평활화 가공을 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복식 압축기 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 소결 금속은 철을 포함하는 금속이고, 상기 산화막은 사산화삼철인 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복식 압축기 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 평활화 가공은 테이프 랩 또는 브러시 가공으로 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복식 압축기 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 평활화 가공은 상기 산화막 표면을 0.01 mm 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복식 압축기 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서. 상기 산화막의 형성은 상기 구면 받침부를 가열한 수증기 분위기에 노출하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복식 압축기 제조 방법.
