Claims (3)
- 실린더 라이너 부착 엔진의 실린더 보어용 구멍 주위에 되접어 꺾음부와 제 1 댐퍼비드를 갖는 제 1 금속판과, 상기 되접어 꺾음부의 내측에 일부가 삽입되어 상기 되접어 꺾음부의 되접어 꺾음 선단부보다도 외주측에 제 2 댐퍼비드를 갖는 제 2 금속판과, 상기 제 1 댐퍼비드와 상기 제 2 댐퍼비드 사이에 배치된 제 3 금속판으로 구성된 실린더 헤드 개스킷으로,상기 제 1 댐퍼비드와 상기 제 2 댐퍼비드를 풀비드로 서로 볼록부를 내측으로 해서 대향시켜서, 실린더 라이너와 실린더 케이스의 경계부분의 단차를 걸터타는 위치에 형성하는 것과 동시에,상기 제 2 금속판의 상기 제 2 댐퍼비드의 내측 산기슭부를 V자 형상으로 치솟게해서, 이 치솟은 부분을 상기 되접어 꺾음부에 삽입한 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더 헤드 개스킷.
- 실린더 라이너 부착 엔진의 실린더 보어용 구멍 주위에 되접어 꺾음부와 제 1 댐퍼비드를 갖는 제 1 금속판과, 상기 되접어 꺾음부의 내측에 일부가 삽입되어 상기 되접어 꺾음부의 되접어 꺾음 선단부보다도 외주측에 제 2 댐퍼비드를 갖는 제 2 금속판과, 상기 제 1 댐퍼비드와 상기 제 2 댐퍼비드의 사이에 배치된 제 3 금속판으로 구성된 실린더 헤드 개스킷으로,상기 제 1 댐퍼비드를 풀비드로, 상기 제 2 댐퍼비드를 하프비드로 형성하고, 상기 제 1 댐퍼비드를 실린더 라이너와 실린더 케이스의 경계부분의 단차를 걸터타는 위치에 형성함과 동시에, 상기 제 2 댐퍼비드의 외주측을 상기 경계부분의 외측 위치에 형성하고,상기 제 2 금속판의 상기 제 2 댐퍼비드의 내측을 상기 되접어 꺾음부에 삽입한 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더 헤드 개스킷.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 제 1 금속판과 상기 제 2 금속판의 물구멍을 실하는 부분에 서로 볼록부를 내측으로 해서 대향하는 제 1 하프비드와 제 2 하프비드를 각각 설치한 것을 특징으로 한 실린더 헤드 개스킷.
