Claims (3)
- 엔진의 실린더헤드와 실린더블록의 사이를 실하는 금속 개스킷에 있어서,실린더 보어용의 구멍의 주위에 마련한 제 1 금속판의 접음부와, 그 접음부 내에 배치된 제 2 금속판의 제 1 풀비드와, 상기 제 1 풀비드의 외주에서 상기 제 1 금속판에 적층배치된 제 3 금속판에 형성된 제 2 풀비드를 구비하되,상기 제 2 금속판에 어닐 강재를 사용해 상기 제 1 금속판 보다 얇게 형성하고 상기 제 3 금속판에 스프링 강재를 사용하는 동시에,상기 제 2 풀비드의 2차 실부에서 발생하는 실 면압의 크기를 상기 제 1 풀비드의 1차 실부에서 발생하는 실 면압 보다 작게 하여, 1차 실부를 면압강화하고 2차 실부로 추종성 강화를 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 개스킷.
- 엔진의 실린더헤드와 실린더블록의 사이를 실하는 금속 개스킷에 있어서,실린더 보어용의 구멍의 주위에 마련한 제 1 금속판의 접음부와, 그 접음부 내에 배치된 제 2 금속판의 제 1 풀비드와, 상기 제 1 풀비드의 외주에서 상기 제 1 금속판에 적층배치된 제 3 금속판에 형성된 제 2 풀비드를 구비하되,상기 제 1 풀비드의 비드 높이 보다 상기 제 2 풀비드의 비드 높이를 높게 하고,상기 제 2 금속판 및 상기 제 3 금속판에 스프링 강재를 사용하는 동시에, 상기 제 3 금속판 보다 상기 제 2 금속판을 얇게, 또, 상기 제 3 금속판의 경도를 상기 제 2 금속판의 경도 보다 높게 형성하여서,상기 제 2 풀비드의 2차 실부에서 발생하는 실 면압의 크기를 상기 제 1 풀비드의 1차 실부에서 발생하는 실 면압 보다 작게 하여, 1차 실부를 면압강화하고 2차 실부로 추종성 강화를 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 개스킷.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제 3 금속판을 복수매 마련하여 상기 제 2 풀비드를 복수개 겹쳐 적층한 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 개스킷.
