Claims (31)
- a) 모 서브틸라제를 코딩하는 DNA 서열에, 아미노산 서열 95-103 위치 (바실러스 아밀로리퀘패시엔스 (Bacillus amyloliquefacients) 서브틸리신 BPN' (BASBPN) 번호 매기기를 사용함)에서 한 개 내지 세 개 아미노산 잔기 삽입에 해당하는 돌연변이를 도입하는 단계;b) 단계 a)에서 얻어진 돌연변이 도입된 상기 DNA 서열을 숙주 세포에서 발현시키는 단계; 및c) 모 서브틸라제와 비교하여 개선된 세척 성능을 나타내는, 돌연변이된 서브틸리신을 발현하는 숙주세포를 스크리닝하는 단계를 포함하는, 세제에서 모 서브틸라제와 비교하여 개선된 세척 성능을 나타내는, 모 서브틸라제의 변이체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 삽입된 아미노산 잔기가 T, G, A 및 S 로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 모 서브틸라제의 변이체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 삽입된 아미노산 잔기가 D, E, H, K 및 R로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 모 서브틸라제의 변이체를 제조하는 방법.

- 바실루스 렌투스 (Bacillus lentus) 유래의 성숙한 서브틸리신 309와 비교하여 세제에서 개선된 세척 성능을 갖는 바실루스 렌투스 (Bacillus lentus) 유래의 서브틸리신 309의 단리된 서브틸라제 변이체로서, 서브틸라제 효소가 하기의 삽입들 (서브틸리신 BPN' 번호 매기기를 사용함):G97GASG; G97GAA; 및 G97GAS; 및그 삽입의 보존적 변이체 (여기에서, 삽입 변이체는 삽입된 A 또는 S 또는 G가 각각 T, G, A 또는 S로부터 선택되는 잔기로 치환된 것이다)로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 삽입을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 단리된 서브틸라제 변이체.
