Description
Claims (20)
- 한쪽 면 위에 열-밀봉가능한 박리성 고분자층을 갖고 그의 반대쪽 면 위에 수축성 고분자층을 갖는 고분자 기판층을 포함하고, 상기 수축성 층이 55 내지 100℃의 온도에서 첫번째 차원에서 약 10 내지 80%의 수축 정도를 갖고, 100℃에서 첫번째 차원 대 두번째 직교 차원에서의 수축 비율이 1:1 내지 10:1의 범위이고, 상기 수축성 층이 상기 첫번째 및 두번째 차원(들) 중 한쪽 또는 양쪽 모두에서 상기 차원(들) 중의 기판의 수축 정도보다 큰 수축 정도를 갖는 것인, 열-밀봉가능한 박리성의 다층 적층된 고분자 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수축성 층의 수축에 의해 생성된 전단력이 열-밀봉가능한 층에 의해 생성된 열-밀봉 결합 강도에 비해 큰 것인 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 기판이 폴리에스테르를 포함하는 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 기판이 폴리(에틸렌 테레프탈레이트)를 포함하는 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 수축성 층이 테레프탈산(TPA) 및 이소프탈산(IPA)과 지방족 및 지환족 디올로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 디올과의 코폴리에스테르를 포함하는 것인 필름.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 코폴리에스테르가 1 내지 40몰% 이소프탈레이트 및 99 내지 60몰% 테레프탈레이트 몰비로 이소프탈레이트 폴리에스테르 단위 및 테레프탈레이트 폴리에스테르 단위를 포함하는 것인 필름.
- 제5항에 있어서, 코폴리에스테르가 에틸렌 글리콜을 포함하는 것인 필름.
- 제5항에 있어서, 수축성 층이 실질적으로 18몰% 에틸렌 이소프탈레이트 및 82몰% 에틸렌 테레프탈레이트를 포함하는 코폴리에스테르를 포함하는 것인 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 열-밀봉가능한 박리성 층이 방향족 디카르복실산, 지방족 디카르복실산 및 글리콜의 코폴리에스테르를 포함하는 것인 필름.
- 제9항에 있어서, 열-밀봉가능한 박리성 층의 상기 코폴리에스테르가 테레프탈산, 아젤라산 및 에틸렌 글리콜을 포함하는 것인 필름.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 코폴리에스테르가 약 55% 테레프탈산 및 약 45% 아젤라산과 에틸렌 글리콜의 코폴리에스테르인 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 열-밀봉가능한 박리성 층이 지방족 디올, 지환족 디올 및 디카르복실산으로부터 유래된 코폴리에스테르를 포함하는 것인 필름.
- 제12항에 있어서, 열-밀봉가능한 박리성 층이 테레프탈산과 에틸렌 글리콜 및 1,4-시클로헥산디메탄올의 코폴리에스테르를 포함하는 것인 필름.
- 제13항에 있어서, 열-밀봉가능한 박리성 층이 테레프탈산과 에틸렌 글리콜 및 1,4-시클로헥산디메탄올의 코폴리에스테르를 포함하고, 1,4-시클로헥산디메탄올 대 에틸렌 글리콜의 몰비가 20:80 내지 40:60의 범위인 필름.
- 제14항에 있어서, 열-밀봉가능한 박리성 층이 테레프탈산과 약 33몰% 1,4-시클로헥산 디메탄올과 약 67몰% 에틸렌 글리콜과의 코폴리에스테르를 포함하는 것인 필름.
- 식품 또는 음료를 함유하는 그릇 및 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 고분자 필름으로부터 형성된 뚜껑을 포함하는 밀봉된 용기.
- (i) 고분자 필름 기판을 형성하고, 그의 첫번째 표면 위에 열-밀봉가능한 박리성 고분자층을 제공하는 단계;(ii) 55 내지 100℃의 온도 범위에서 하나의 차원에서 약 10 내지 80%의 수축 정도를 갖고, 100℃에서 상기 첫번째 차원 대 두번째 직교 차원에서의 수축 비율이 1:1 내지 10:1의 범위이고, 상기 첫번째 및 두번째 차원(들) 중 한쪽 또는 양쪽 모두에서 상기 차원(들) 중의 기판의 수축 정도보다 큰 수축 정도를 갖는 고분자 필름의 수축성 층을 형성하는 단계; 및(iii) 상기 기판의 두번째 표면 위에 상기 수축성 층을 적층하는 단계를 포함하는, 열-밀봉가능한 박리성의 다층 적층된 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 다층 필름의 성분들이 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 열-밀봉가능한 박리성의 다층 적층된 고분자 필름을 사용함으로써 요리 시간 동안 자동 박리 (self-peeling) 및 자동 배기 (self-venting)되는 오븐용 용기 위의 열-밀봉가능한 뚜껑을 제조하는 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 오븐용 용기가 초단파 오븐용으로 적합한 것인 방법.
