Description
Claims (11)
- 연선 제조 장치(402)로서,X축 방향으로 배치된 축(404) 상에, X축 방향 및 이와 직교하는 Y축 방향으로 이동하는 이동축(406)을 적재하고, 또한 상기 이동축(406)에는 안내용 풀리(408)가 부착되는 동시에 선단부에 관(410)이 부착되도록 구성되며, 제어반에 짜서 입력된 NC 프로그램에 의해 동작이 제어되는 XY 2축 로봇(400)과,상기 X축 방향으로 간격을 두고 배치되고, 개구단(413, 415)이 수직으로 위쪽으로 향한 상태로 되어 상기 이동축(406)의 상기 선단부측에 위치하여, 한쪽이 X축을 중심으로 회전 가능하게 구성된 훅(412, 414)과,동선(60)이 감긴 보빈(62)을 구비하고,연선을 제작할 때,상기 제조 장치(402)는 상기 훅(412, 414) 사이의 위치를 고정하고, 또한 상기 개구단(413, 415)을 수직으로 위쪽을 향하여 고정하며,상기 XY 2축 로봇(400)은 상기 훅(412, 414) 사이에 상기 동선(60)을 상기 보빈(62)으부터 상기 풀리(408)를 통해 풀어내어 걸쳐 놓고, 이후, 소정 귄선 수의 링형 도체(466)를 제작하기 위해, 상기 관(410)의 동선 풀림 끝이 동일 평면 상에서, 링(450)를 그리는 움직임을 반복하도록 상기 이동축(406)을 이동시킴으로써 상기 보빈(62)으로부터 상기 풀리(408)를 통해 상기 동선(60)을 권취하고, 상기 링형 도체(466)를 제작한 후, 회전 가능한 훅(414)을 소정 횟수 회전시켜 소정 수의 꼬임을 갖는 연선(467)을 제작할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연선 제조 장치(402).
- 각각 직경이 0.4 내지 1.6 범위 내에 있는 동선(60)을 10개 내지 20,000개 다발로 갖고 총 단면적이 10 내지 10,000 [mm2]의 범위에 있는 제1항에 기재된 연선 제조 장치(402)에 의해 제작된 연선을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전선.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 동선은 각각,나동선, 나동선의 도금선, 및 절연 코팅이 도포된 동선 중 적어도 한 종류의 동선, 또는상기 나동선, 상기 나동선의 도금선, 및 상기 절연 코팅이 도포된 동선 중 적어도 2종류를 혼합한 동선, 또는상기 적어도 한 종류의 동선에 또는 상기 적어도 2종류를 혼합한 동선에 자기 융착 코팅이 도포된 자기 융착선을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전선.
- 제2항의 전선을 자속을 통과시키는 코어(10)에 감은 것을 특징으로 하는 코일.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 코어는 변압기에 이용되는 코어, 차동 모드 코일에 이용되는 코어, 및 공통 모드 코일에 이용되는 코어 중 어느 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코일.
- 제2항에 기재된 전선을 자속을 통과시키는 코어(10)에 감은 공통 모드 코일(300)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잡음 필터 장치.
