Claims (10)
- ⒜ 피구동부와,⒝ 이 피구동부를 작동시키기 위한 전동기와,⒞ 이 전동기와 상기 피구동부의 사이에 설치되어, 상기 전동기를 구동함으로써 발생된 회전의 회전운동을 직진운동으로 변환하는 운동방향 변환부를 가짐과 함께,⒟ 상기 전동기에 있어서, 스테이터의 내경에 대한 로터의 자석의 적층 길이의 비가 3 이상이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동사출성형기.
- ⒜ 피구동부와,⒝ 이 피구동부를 작동시키기 위한 전동기와,⒞ 이 전동기와 상기 피구동부의 사이에 설치되어, 상기 전동기를 구동함으로써 발생된 회전의 회전운동을 직진운동으로 변환하는 운동방향 변환부를 가짐과 함께,⒟ 이 운동방향 변환부에 있어서, 나사축의 직경에 대한 너트의 나사부의 길이의 비가 3 이상이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동사출성형기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 운동방향 변환부에 있어서, 나사축의 직경에 대한 너트의 나사부의 길 이의 비가 3 이상이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동사출성형기.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,⒜ 상기 운동방향 변환부 및 상기 전동기는 동일축선 상에 설치되고,⒝ 상기 전동기는 중공(中空)의 출력축을 구비하며,⒞ 이 출력축 내에 있어서, 전동기의 회전이 상기 운동방향 변환부의 나사축을 구비한 전동축으로 전달되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동사출성형기.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,⒜ 상기 전동기는 사출용 전동기이고,⒝ 이 사출용 전동기 및 계량용 전동기가 동일축선 상에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동사출성형기.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 운동방향 변환부는 제1 변환 요소와, 상기 제1 변환 요소와 나사결합된 제2 변환 요소를 구비하고,상기 제1 변환 요소는 회전불능이 되고, 상기 제2 변환 요소는 회전운동을 행함과 동시에 직진운동을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동사출성형기.

- 피구동부, 전동기, 및 이 전동기와 상기 피구동부의 사이에 설치된 운동방향 변환부를 가지는 전동사출성형기에 의한 성형방법에 있어서,⒜ 상기 전동기를 구동해서 회전을 발생시키고,⒝ 이 회전의 회전운동을 직진운동으로 변환하며,⒞ 이 직진운동에 의해 피구동부를 작동시킴과 함께,⒟ 상기 전동기에 있어서, 스테이터의 내경에 대한 로터의 자석의 적층 길이의 비가 3 이상이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동사출성형기에 의한 성형방법.
- 피구동부, 전동기, 및 이 전동기와 상기 피구동부의 사이에 설치된 운동방향 변환부를 가지는 전동사출성형기에 의한 성형방법에 있어서,⒜ 상기 전동기를 구동해서 회전을 발생시키고,⒝ 회전의 회전운동을 직진운동으로 변환하며,⒞ 이 직진운동에 의해 피구동부를 작동시킴과 함께,⒟ 상기 운동방향 변환부에 있어서, 나사축의 직경에 대한 너트의 나사부의 길이의 비가 3 이상이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동사출성형기에 의한 성형방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,상기 운동방향 변환부에 있어서, 나사축의 직경에 대한 너트의 나사부의 길이의 비가 3 이상이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동사출성형기에 의한 성형방법.
