Abstract
본 발명은 장기간에 걸쳐 착색이 방지된 미녹시딜 함유 조성물을 제공한다.
디부틸히드록시톨루엔, 부틸히드록시아니솔, 에리소르브산 등의 항산화제를 포함하며, pH가 5.5 내지 7.0인 미녹시딜 함유 조성물에 관한 것이다.

Description
본 발명은 경시적인 착색을 방지한 미녹시딜(minoxidil) 함유 조성물에 관한 것이다.
미녹시딜은 그 발모 효과로 인해 외용 발모제로 기대되고 있는 성분이다.
그러나, 미녹시딜을 용액 상태로 보존하면, 경시적으로 착색되기 쉽다는 결점이 있어 상품 가치의 저하를 초래할 우려가 있었다.
본 발명은 미녹시딜을 배합한 조성물의 착색을 방지하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
일반적으로 착색되기 쉬운 성분을 액제에 배합하기 위해서는 디부틸히드록시톨루엔과 같은 항산화제를 배합하여 제제의 착색 방지성을 개선시키는 것을 생각할 수 있지만, 미녹시딜 함유 액제에 있어서는 디부틸히드록시톨루엔과 같은 항산화제를 배합해도 착색 방지에 거의 기여하지 않거나, 또는 착색을 방지하기는 커녕 오히려 증강시킨다는 것을 본 발명자들은 발견하였다.
따라서, 이 문제를 해결하기 위해 예의 검토한 결과, 미녹시딜 함유 액제 조성물의 pH를 5.5 내지 7.0으로 조정함으로써, 상기한 것과 같은 불이익이 개선되어 액제 착색 방지 효과가 현저하게 향상된다는 것을 발견하고, 본 발명을 완성하기에 이르렀다.

본 발명의 조성물은 pH를 낮게 하면 착색 방지 효과가 작아지기 때문에, pH는 5.5 이상인 것이 바람직하고, 5.7 이상인 것이 더욱 바람직하다.
또한, 미녹시딜의 용해성 관점에서 pH는 7.0 이하가 바람직하고, 6.3 이하가 더욱 바람직하다.
본 발명의 조성물의 pH 조정은 통상 사용되는 pH 조정제를 사용할 수 있고, 구체적으로는, 예를 들면, 시트르산, 말산, 락트산 등의 유기산이나 인산, 염산, 황산 등의 무기산을 들 수 있다.
본 발명의 조성물에 있어서 미녹시딜의 농도는 조성물 전체의 1 내지 10 질량％가 바람직하고, 3 내지 6 질량％가 더욱 바람직하다.
본 발명의 조성물에서는 다가 알코올을 용매로 배합하는 것이 바람직하다.
다가 알코올로는 프로필렌글리콜, 디프로필렌글리콜, 1.3-부틸렌글리콜, 글리세린, 헥실렌글리콜, 폴리에틸렌글리콜이 바람직하고, 1,3-부틸렌글리콜이 더욱 바람직하다. 폴리에틸렌글리콜로는 매크로골 200 및 매크로골 400이 바람직하다. 다가 알코올의 배합량은 미녹시딜 1 질량부에 대해 1 내지 50 질량부가 바람직하다.
본 발명의 조성물의 형태는 특별히 한정되지 않고, 로션제, 에어졸제, 겔제 등 어느 형태로도 사용할 수 있으며, 그의 제조 방법은 의약품 또는 화장료의 제제화에 있어서 일반적인 방법으로 제조할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 조성물은 필요에 따라 용해 보조제(지방산 에스테르, 다가알코올 지방산 에스테르, 중쇄 지방산 글리세리드, 식물성 오일, 알킬글리세롤 에테르), 계면활성제(비이온성 계면활성제, 레시틴 유도체, 고분자 유화제), 유화 안정제, 흡수 촉진제 등을 배합할 수 있다.
<발명의 효과>
본 발명에 의해, 장기간에 걸쳐 착색이 방지된 미녹시딜 함유 조성물의 제공이 가능해졌다.
이하, 실시예 및 시험예에 의해 본 발명을 더욱 상세하게 설명한다. 또한, pH는 유리 전극에 의한 pH계(도아 전파 공업 제조)를 사용하여 제제 5 mL에 대해 5 분 후의 pH를 측정하였다.
<실시예 1>
미녹시딜 5 g, 1,3-부틸렌글리콜 30 g, 에탄올 50 g, 디부틸히드록시톨루엔 0.5 g에 인산 0.5 mL을 첨가하고, 정제수로 전량을 100 mL로 만들고, 교반 용해하여 로션 타입의 조성물을 제조하였다. 조성물의 pH는 6.0이었다.
<실시예 2>
미녹시딜 5 g, 1,3-부틸렌글리콜 30 g, 에탄올 50 g, 디부틸히드록시톨루엔 0.1 g에 인산 O.9 mL을 첨가하고, 정제수로 전량을 100 mL로 만들고, 교반 용해하여 로션 타입의 조성물을 제조하였다. 조성물의 pH는 5.5이었다.
<실시예 3>
미녹시딜 5 g, 1,3-부틸렌글리콜 30 g, 에탄올 50 g, 디부틸히드록시톨루엔 0.5 g에 시트르산 0.55 g을 첨가하고, 정제수로 전량을 100 mL로 만들고, 교반 용해하여 로션 타입의 조성물을 제조하였다. 조성물의 pH는 6.4이었다.
<실시예 4>
미녹시딜 3 g, 1,3-부틸렌글리콜 30 g, 에탄올 50 g, 부틸히드록시아니솔 0.5 g에 인산 0.02 mL을 첨가하고, 정제물로 전량을 100 mL로 만들고, 교반 용해하여 로션 타입의 조성물을 제조하였다. 조성물의 pH는 7.0이었다.
<실시예 5>
미녹시딜 5 g, 프로필렌글리콜 52 g, 에탄올 25 g, 디부틸히드록시톨루엔 0.5 g에, 인산 0.3 mL을 첨가하고, 정제물로 전량을 100 mL로 만들고, 교반 용해하여 로션타입의 조성물을 제조하였다. 조성물의 pH는 6.0이었다.
<비교예 1>
미녹시딜 3 g, 1,3-부틸렌글리콜 30 g, 에탄올 50 g, 디부틸히드록시톨루엔 0.5 g에 정제수를 첨가하고, 전량을 100 mL로 만들고, 교반 용해하여 로션 타입의 조성물을 제조하였다. 조성물의 pH는 8.8이었다.
<비교예 2>
미녹시딜 5 g, 프로필렌글리콜 52 g, 에탄올 25 g을 첨가하고, 정제수로 전량을 100 mL로 만들고, 교반 용해하여 로션 타입의 조성물을 제조하였다. 조성물의 pH는 8.7이었다.
<비교예 3>
미녹시딜 5 g, 프로필렌글리콜 52 g, 에탄올 25 g, 인산 O.3 mL을 첨가하고, 정제수로 전량을 10O mL로 만들고, 교반 용해하여 로션 타입의 조성물을 제조하였다. 조성물의 pH는 6.0이었다.
<비교예 4>
미녹시딜 5 g, 프로필렌글리콜 52 g, 에탄올 25 g, 디부틸히드록시톨루엔 0.5 g을 첨가하고, 정제수로 전량을 100 mL로 만들고, 교반 용해하여 로션 타입의 조성물을 제조하였다. 조성물의 pH는 8.7이었다.
<시험예 1>
실시예 1 내지 4, 비교예 1의 조성물을 각각 페트 용기에 충전하고, 50 ℃에서 1 개월 보존하여, 외관(색조)을 관찰하였다.
외관 평가는 이하와 같은 기준에 따라서 행하였다.
0: 착색은 발견되지 않고 상품으로 문제 없음.
1: 약간의 착색은 발견되었지만 상품으로서 문제 없음.
2: 착색이 발견되고 상품으로서 문제 있음.
이 결과를 하기 표 1에 나타낸다.

비교예 1에서는 착색이 발견되어 상품성에 문제가 있다고 판단되었지만, 실시예 1 내지 4의 조성물에서는 착색이 발견되지 않거나 약간 발견된 경우에서도 상품으로서 문제가 없다고 판단된다.
<시험예 2>
실시예 5, 비교예 2 내지 4의 조성물을 각각 페트 용기에 충전하고, 50 ℃에서 1개월 보존한 것의 흡광도(420 nm)를 흡광 고도계(벡크만사 제조)를 사용하여 측정하였다.
이 결과를 하기 표 2에 나타낸다.

비교예 2 및 비교예 3의 결과로부터 미녹시딜 함유 조성물의 착색은 pH를 저하시킴으로써 더욱 증강되는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 비교예 4의 결과에서는 BHT을 첨가함으로써 착색 방지는 커녕 오히려 착색을 증강하고 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다.
이에 대하여, 실시예 5에서는 어느 비교예보다도 우수한 착색 방지 효과를 얻을 수 있었다.
Claims (13)
- 디부틸히드록시톨루엔 및 부틸히드록시아니솔로 구성된 군 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종를 포함하고, 미녹시딜의 농도가 3 내지 6 질량％이며, pH가 5.5 내지 7.0인 미녹시딜 함유 조성물.
- 디부틸히드록시톨루엔 및 부틸히드록시아니솔로 구성된 군 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종를 포함하고, 미녹시딜의 농도가 3 내지 6 질량％이며, pH가 5.7 내지 6.3인 미녹시딜 함유 조성물.

- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 디부틸히드록시톨루엔 및 부틸히드록시아니솔로 구성된 군 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종을 미녹시딜 1질량부에 대해 0.005 내지 0.5 질량부 포함하는 미녹시딜 함유 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 다가 알코올을 추가로 포함하는 미녹시딜 함유 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌글리콜을 추가로 포함하는 미녹시딜 함유 조성물.
- 디부틸히드록시톨루엔 및 부틸히드록시아니솔로 구성된 군 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종을 배합하며, pH를 5.5 내지 7.0으로 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 미녹시딜 함유 조성물의 착색 방지 방법.
