Claims (6)
- 내부에 부시가 장착된 고정구에 의해 프레임에 회전 가능하도록 지지되는 평행 바; 및 상기 평행 바의 양측 끝단부에 연장 형성되어 그 끝단부가 현가 암에 연결되는 레그 바로 구성된 자동차용 스테빌라이져 바에 있어서,상기 레그 바를 상단부에서 하단부 방향으로 테이퍼 지도록 형성함으로써 레그 바의 상단부에서 하단부로 갈수록 단면계수를 작아지도록 하여 레그 바 끝단에 가해지는 하중에 의한 응력이 밴딩부에 집중되지 않고 레그 바 전체에 분산되도록 함으로써 밴딩부의 절손현상을 방지할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 순차 이형단면을 가지는 테이퍼 스테빌라이져 바.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 레그 바의 단면은 타원형태로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 순차 이형단면을 가지는 테이퍼 스테빌라이져 바.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 레그 바의 타원형태의 단면은 레그 바의 끝단부에 가해지는 하중 방향과 일치하는 방향으로 장지름이 형성된 타원형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 순차 이형 단면을 가지는 테이퍼 스테빌라이져 바.
- 자동차용 스테빌라이져 바의 제조 방법에 있어서,환봉 형상의 스테빌라이져 바 소재를 절단하는 단계;상기 스테빌라이져 바 소재의 레그 바가 형성될 양 끝단부를 가열하는 단계;상기 가열된 스테빌라이져 바 소재의 양 끝단부의 양측면을 테이퍼 지도록 압연 가공하는 단계;상기 스테빌라이져 바 소재를 소재 축을 중심으로 회전시켜 레그 바가 형성될 상기 스테빌라이져 바 소재 양측 끝단부의 가공되지 않은 양측면을 테이퍼 지도록 함과 동시에 단면부의 형상이 타원형태로 형성되도록 압연 가공하는 단계;상기 스테빌라이져 바 소재의 양측 끝단을 단조 가공하여 아이 포밍을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 스테빌라이져 바 소재를 스테빌라이져 바의 형상으로 밴딩 성형하는 단계로 구성된 순차 이형단면을 가지는 테이퍼 스테빌라이져 바의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 환봉 형상의 스테빌라이져 바 소재는 양측 끝단부의 압연 가공으로 인하여 늘어나는 길이만큼 제조치수 보다 짧게 절단되는 것을 특징으로 하는 순차 이 형단면을 가지는 테이퍼 스테빌라이져 바의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 단면 형상이 타원형태로 압연 가공된 레그 바가 형성될 스테빌라이져 바 소재의 양측단은 자동차의 요동발생으로 인하여 레그 바 끝단부에 가해지는 하중의 축 방향과 단면의 장지름 방향이 일치하도록 밴딩 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 순차 이형단면을 가지는 테이퍼 스테빌라이져 바의 제조방법.
