Description
Claims (12)
- クロスピース(3)とアンチロールバー(4)とによって接続されている少なくとも2つの長手方向アーム(2)を備えている柔軟性アクスル(1)における強化装置であって、柔軟性スティフナ(5)は少なくとも1つの長手方向アーム(2)と前記アンチロールバー(4)の端との間に配置されており、前記長手方向アーム(2)は前記スティフナ(5)の端に溶接されており、前記アンチロールバー(4)は前記スティフナ(5)の中心に溶接されていることを特徴とする強化装置。
- 前記柔軟性スティフナ(5)および前記長手方向アーム(2)に共通の溶接部分を含む平面と、前記柔軟性スティフナ(5)および前記アンチロールバー(4)に共通の溶接部分を含む平面との間に空間(e)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の強化装置。
- 前記柔軟性スティフナ(5)は、前記アーム(2)と前記アンチロールバー(4)の端との間で、前記長手方向アーム(2)の内側に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の強化装置。
- 穴(54)が前記柔軟性スティフナ(5)の中間に形成されており、前記穴(54)の寸法は、当該穴(54)の周辺に配置されている前記アンチロールバー(4)の寸法未満であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の強化装置。
- 前記柔軟性スティフナ(5)は、前記アーム(2)と前記アンチロールバー(4)の端との間で、前記長手方向アーム(2)の外側に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の強化装置。
- 穴(54’)が前記柔軟性スティフナ(5)の中間に形成され、前記穴(54’)の寸法は、前記穴(54’)を通過する前記アンチロールバー(4)の寸法よりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の強化装置。
- 前記柔軟性スティフナ(5)は矩形のプレート断面から形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の強化装置。
- 開口(55)は、前記アンチロールバー(4)の前記溶接領域の前後で、前記柔軟性スティフナ(5)の内側に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記柔軟性スティフナ(5)は、中心領域(51)と、該中心領域(51)の各側に配置されている2つの端(52)とを備えているプレート断面から形成されており、前記3つの領域(51,52)は円形形状に形成され、かつインデント断面(53)によって接合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記スティフナ(5)を形成するためにプレートを切断するステップと、
前記柔軟性スティフナ(5)と、前記長手方向アーム(2)および前記アンチロールバー(4)の一方とを溶接するステップと、
上記ステップで使用されていない他の要素に、上記ステップで形成されたアセンブリを溶接するステップとが適用可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の柔軟性スティフナを得るための方法。 - 前記スティフナ(5)を形成するためにプレートを切断することと、
前記アンチロールバー(4)を前記スティフナ(5)に溶接することと、
前記スティフナ(5)と前記アンチロールバー(4)とによって形成された前記アセンブリを前記アーム(2)に溶接することとが適用可能であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の柔軟性スティフナを得るための方法。 - 前記スティフナ(5)を形成するためにプレートを切断するステップと、
前記スティフナ(5)を前記長手方向アーム(2)に溶接するステップと、
前記スティフナ(5)および前記アーム(2)によって形成された前記アセンブリに前記アンチロールバー(4)を溶接するステップとが適用可能であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の柔軟性スティフナを得るための方法。
