Description
Claims (15)
- 선형 광원의 빛을 측면으로부터 입사시키고, 이 빛을 이면에 형성된 체크 무늬 영역에서 산란시킴으로써 표면으로부터 출사시키는 도광체에 있어서,이면의 단부에 선형 광원에 따라 체크 무늬가 없는 평탄 영역이 형성되어 있는 한편, 평탄 영역의 내측에 체크 무늬 영역이 형성되어 있고,선형 광원에 따라 연장되는 평탄 영역과 체크 무늬 영역의 경계선이 파형으로 되고,선형 광원이 연장되는 방향에 따라, 체크 무늬 경계선 상에 체크 무늬 소역과 평탄 소역이 번갈아 배치되어 있는 도광체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 평탄 영역이 이면에 있어서의 사출 성형의 게이트구형 흔적의 근방에도 마련되어 있는 도광체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경계선이 정현 파형, 삼각 파형 및 직사각형 파형 중 어느 하나의 형상을 갖고 있는 도광체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 체크 무늬 영역은 산란 강도가 서로 다른 복수 종류의 체크 무늬 패턴을 갖고 있고,상기 복수 종류의 체크 무늬 패턴(29b 내지 29h)은 그 산란 강도가 강할수록 상기 선형 광원으로부터 멀리 배치되어 있는 도광체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 선형 광원의 빛을 입사하는 입사측면과 표면이 이루는 각도가 90 °가 아닌 도광체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 입사측면과 표면이 이루는 각도가 90 °보다도 작게 설정되어 있는 도광체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 단부를 이면측으로부터 도려냄으로써 형성된 절결부를 구비하고 있고,이 절결부의 이면측이 선형 광원을 저장하는 저장부로 되어 있고,이 저장부의 측면이 입사측면으로 되어 있는 도광체.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 절결부의 상면에 절결부로 진입한 빛을 반사시키기 위한 반사 시트가 설치되어 있는 도광체.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 반사 시트가 발포 PET로 형성되어 있는 도광체.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 반사 시트가 자외선 흡수제를 포함하고 있는 도광체.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 반사 시트가 절결부의 상면에 대해 자외선 흡수제를 포함하는 양면 테이프에 의해 접착되어 있는 도광체.
- 선형 광원과, 상기 선형 광원의 광을 측면으로부터 입사하고, 표면으로부터 출사하는 제1항 또는 제5항에 기재된 도광체와, 상기 도광체의 표면 상에 형성된 광학 필름을 구비한 조명 장치.
- 액정 패널과, 상기 액정 패널의 유효 표시 영역에 광을 조사하기 위한 제12항에 기재된 조명 장치를 구비한 액정 표시 장치.
- 제12항에 기재된 조명 장치를 구비한 전자 기기.
- 선형 광원의 빛을 측면으로부터 입사시키고, 이 빛을 이면에 형성된 체크 무늬 영역에서 산란시킴으로써 표면으로부터 출사시키는 도광체이며, 이면의 단부에 선형 광원에 따라 체크 무늬가 없는 평탄 영역이 형성되어 있는 한편, 평탄 영역의 내측에 체크 무늬 영역이 형성되어 있고, 선형 광원에 따라 연장되는 평탄 영역과 체크 무늬 영역의 경계선이 파형으로 되어 있고, 선형 광원이 연장되는 방향에 따라, 체크 무늬 경계선 상에 체크 무늬 소역과 평탄 소역이 번갈아 배치되어 있는 도광체의 제조 방법에 있어서,(a) 기본 금형의 내부에 평탄 영역의 형상을 갖는 양생 필름을 평탄 영역의 형성 부위에 첨부하는 필름 첨부 공정과,(b) 기본 금형의 내부에 체크 무늬 영역에 대응하는 여러 종류의 샌드 블라스트를 분무하는 분무 공정과,(c) 상기한 양생 필름을 박리하는 박리 공정에 의해 얻어진 금형을 이용하여 아크릴을 사출 성형하는 도광체의 제조 방법.
