Claims (15)
- 분말사출 성형체 제조방법에 있어서,티타늄 수소화물 분말과 소정의 바인더를 혼합하되, 상기 티타늄 수소화물 40 내지 60 vol.%와 잔량의 상기 소정의 바인더로 이루어지도록 하여 성형혼합물을 수득하는 단계와;분말사출성형장치로 상기 성형혼합물을 사출하여 성형체를 형성하는 단계와;상기 성형체를 탈지 처리하는 단계; 및상기 탈지 처리된 성형체를 소결 처리하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말사출 성형체 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 성형혼합물을 수득하는 단계는,상기 티타늄 수소화물 분말과 상기 바인더를 150 내지 200℃의 온도조건에서 2시간 동안 균질하게 혼합하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말사출 성형체 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 소정의 바인더는 LDPE(low density polyethylene), HDPE(high density polyethylene), PEG(polyethylene glycol), PW(paraffin wax) 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말사출 성형체 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 성형혼합물은 상기 티타늄 수소화물 40 내지 60 부피부, LDPE 10 내지 20 부피부, HDPE 10 내지 20 부피부, PEG 5 내지 10 부피부 및 PW 1 내지 10 부피부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말사출 성형체 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 성형체를 형성하는 단계는,상기 성형혼합물을 2000 내지 5000 psi의 압력으로 사출하여 상기 성형체를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말사출 성형체 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 탈지 처리하는 단계는,상기 성형체를 불활성 가스를 포함하는 소정의 진공상태에서 1단계로서 상온(20)℃에서 300℃까지 1℃/hr의 승온 속도로, 2단계로서 300℃에서 700℃까지 1℃/hr의 승온 속도로 가열하는 과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말사출 성형체 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 소결 처리하는 단계는,불활성 가스를 포함하는 소정의 진공상태에서 상기 성형체를 700℃에서 1250℃까지 5℃/hr로 가열하는 과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말사출 성형체 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 소결 처리된 성형체를 마스킹(masking)하는 단계와;상기 마스킹된 성형체를 산성용액에 딥핑(dipping)하여 통전시켜 소정 두께의 산화층을 형성함으로써 소정의 표면 색상을 구현하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말사출 성형체 제조방법.
- 코팅방법에 있어서,티타늄 수소화물 분말과 바인더를 혼합하되, 상기 티타늄 수소화물 40 내지 60 vol.%와 잔량의 상기 소정의 바인더로 이루어지도록 하여 코팅물질을 수득하는 단계와;대상체의 표면에 상기 코팅물질을 도포하는 단계와;상기 코팅물질이 도포된 대상체를 탈지 처리하는 단계; 및상기 탈지 처리된 대상체를 소결 처리하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 도포하는 단계는,상기 코팅물질을 상기 대상체 표면에 분사하여 도포하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 도포하는 단계는,상기 대상체를 상기 코팅물질에 딥핑하여 도포하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 탈지 처리하는 단계는,상기 대상체를 불활성 가스를 포함하는 소정의 진공상태에서 1단계로서 상온(20)℃에서 300℃까지 1℃/hr의 승온 속도로, 2단계로서 300℃에서 700℃까지 1℃/hr의 승온 속도로 가열하는 과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 소결 처리하는 단계는,불활성 가스를 포함하는 소정의 진공상태에서 상기 대상체를 700℃에서 1250 ℃까지 5℃/hr로 가열하는 과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 소결 처리된 대상체를 마스킹(masking)하는 단계와;상기 마스킹된 대상체를 산성용액에 딥핑(dipping)하여 통전시켜 소정 두께의 산화층을 형성함으로써 소정의 표면 색상을 구현하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅방법.
