Description

一种用于制造虚拟现实设备的夹持件的方法 技术领域
本发明涉及虚拟现实成像设备技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种虚拟现实设备的夹持件的制作方法。
背景技术
虚拟现实(Virtual Reality,简称VR),一种可以创建和体验虚拟世界的计算机仿真系统。利用电脑模拟产生一个三度空间的虚拟世界,提供使用者关于视觉、听觉、触觉等感官的模拟,让使用者如同身历其境一般,可以及时、没有限制的观察三度空间内的事物。近年来,众多厂商进驻虚拟现实领域,推出虚拟现实设备,虚拟现实设备逐步向消费类电子产品方向发展。
在虚拟现实设备中,现有的手机夹持件都是使用塑胶来制造的,从而容易造成该夹持件在用户的使用过程中折断或者损坏。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种用于制造虚拟现实设备的夹持件的方法,用于解决现有技术中的夹持件在用户的使用过程中容易折断或者损坏这一问题。
本发明实施例一种用于制造虚拟现实设备的夹持件的方法的技术方案包括:
S1:金属粉末注塑成型,得到具有预定形状的金属层;
S2:将所述金属层置于注塑模具中与硅胶注塑成型为一体,得到所述夹持件。
优选的,在上述用于制造虚拟现实设备的夹持件的方法中,所述步骤S1具体包括:将所述金属粉末与粘结剂的混合料在注塑机上注塑成型为具有预定形状的金属层。
优选的,在上述用于制造虚拟现实设备的夹持件的方法中,所述步骤S2具体包括:设定注塑模具的注塑温度为150°~170°;将所述金属层置于所述注塑模具后注入硅胶,使所述金属层与所述硅胶在所述注塑温度下加热成型为一体。
优选的,在上述用于制造虚拟现实设备的夹持件的方法中,所述S1与所述S2之间还包括:
S3:将所述金属层进行脱脂去除其中的粘结剂;
S4:将脱脂后的所述金属层在真空状态下烧结;
S5:将烧结后的所述金属层自然冷却至预设冷却温度时强制冷却;
S6:对冷却后的所述金属层进行再加工。
优选的,在上述用于制造虚拟现实设备的夹持件的方法中,所述步骤S4具体包括:将脱脂后的所述金属层放入真空烧结炉内,在预设烧结温度下烧结。
优选的,在上述用于制造虚拟现实设备的夹持件的方法中,所述步骤S6具体包括:对冷却后的所述金属层进行磁力研磨。
优选的,在上述用于制造虚拟现实设备的夹持件的方法中,所述金属粉末为不锈钢粉末或铜粉末。
优选的,在上述用于制造虚拟现实设备的夹持件的方法中,所述预定形状为由第一特征和与所述第一特征连接的第二特征组成的L形。
优选的,在上述用于制造虚拟现实设备的夹持件的方法中,所述硅胶的邵氏硬度为60°
采用上述技术方案的有益效果是:
由于本实施例中的虚拟现实设备的夹持件的制作方法中,先将金属粉末注塑成型,得到具有预定形状的金属层;然后将金属层置于注塑模具中与硅胶注塑成型为一体,通过该方法制造出的夹持件包括金属层和包裹金属层的硅胶层,从而使得夹持件在保持硬度的情况下也能有一定的柔软度,避免了夹持件在用户的使用过程中容易折断或者损坏这一问题。

具体实施方式
本发明实施例提供一种用于制造虚拟现实设备的夹持件的方法,用于解决现有技术中的夹持件在用户的使用过程中折断或者损坏这一问题。
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1,一种用于制造虚拟现实设备的夹持件的方法具体包括:
S1:金属粉末注塑成型,得到具有预定形状的金属层;
步骤S1这一过程具体可以为:先将金属块雾化成粉末状的金属粉末,将金属粉末与粘结剂的混合料在注塑机上注塑成型为具有预定形状的金属层,其中金属块具体可以为不锈钢或铜,优选的为SUS316L不锈钢,粘结剂可以为树脂和石蜡;
需要说明的是,该预定形状可以为由第一特征与第一特征连接的第二特征组成的L形。
S2:将金属层置于注塑模具中与硅胶注塑成型为一体,得到夹持件。
步骤S2具体包括:设定注塑模具的注塑温度为150°~170°,将金属层置 于注塑模具后注入硅胶,使金属层与硅胶在注塑温度下加热成型为一体,得到夹持件。需要说明的是,本次注塑是一次性注塑,使用的硅胶为邵氏硬度为60度的硅胶,此时注塑温度保持在150°~170°之间;最后自然冷却,得到夹持件。
请参阅图2,在上述用于制造虚拟现实设备的夹持件的方法中,步骤S1与S2之间还包括:
S3:将金属层进行脱脂去除其中的粘结剂;
S4:将脱脂后的金属层在真空状态下烧结;
具体可以为:将脱脂后的金属层放入真空烧结炉内,在预设烧结温度下烧结,预设烧结温度可设定在1400摄氏度左右;
S5:将烧结后的金属层自然冷却至预设冷却温度时强制冷却;
具体可以为:先将烧结后的金属层随炉自然冷却,主要是考虑到在温度比较高的时间进行强制冷却的话很容易使金属内层氧化,待金属层冷却至预设冷却温度时强制冷却,如预设冷却温度可设定为700摄氏度,当冷却到700摄氏度以下时进行强制冷却;
S6:对冷却后的金属层进行再加工;
具体可以为:对冷却后的金属层进行磁力研磨。
请参阅图3,根据图1和图2对应的方法制造出的夹持件应用于虚拟现实设备中,对应的虚拟现实设备的技术方案为:
前盖1,前盖1靠近移动终端的顶面上固设有至少两个夹持件2,夹持件2相对且平行设置,移动终端(图中未示出)位于夹持件2之间并与夹持件2相接触,夹持件2包括金属层和包裹在金属层外部的硅胶层。
采用上述技术方案的有益效果是:
由于本实施例中的虚拟现实设备的夹持件2包括金属层和包裹金属层的硅胶层,从而使得夹持件2在保持硬度的情况下也能有一定的柔软度,避免了夹持件2在用户的使用过程中折断或者损坏这一问题。
在上述虚拟现实设备的技术方案中,夹持件2的形状为由第一特征21和与第一特征21连接的第二特征22组成的L形;第一特征21与顶面成一定角度,且用于夹持移动终端;第二特征22固定在顶面上,且由前盖1的周边向前盖1的中央延伸。进一步的,第一特征21垂直于顶面,夹持件2为由第 一特征21和第二特征22组成的一体结构,可以理解的是,第一特征21和第二特征22均包括金属层和包裹在金属层外部的硅胶层。
在上述虚拟现实设备的技术方案中,在第一特征21中,硅胶层靠近移动终端的内表面上均设有防滑纹,通过设置防滑纹避免了放置在前盖1中的移动终端由于太滑而放置不稳。
在上述虚拟现实设备的技术方案中,在第一特征21中,硅胶层的内表面至金属层的厚度厚于硅胶层的外表面至金属层的厚度,硅胶层的外表面与硅胶层的内表面相对设置,这样实现了夹持件2夹持移动终端更稳固的情况下节省了硅胶用料。
在上述虚拟现实设备的技术方案中,在第一特征21中,硅胶层的内表面上设有凹槽,凹槽用于容纳移动终端的凸出键,通过设置该凹槽可以防止部分移动终端的凸出键误操作。进一步的,凹槽位于硅胶层的内表面的边缘,具体可为左边缘或右边缘的位置,在不减小夹持件的硬度的情况下仍然具有防止误操作的功能。
在上述虚拟现实设备的技术方案中,金属层为不锈钢层或铜层,进一步的,金属层为不锈钢层。

  1. 一种用于制造虚拟现实设备的夹持件的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
    S1:金属粉末注塑成型,得到具有预定形状的金属层;
    S2:将所述金属层置于注塑模具中与硅胶注塑成型为一体,得到所述夹持件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1具体包括:将所述金属粉末与粘结剂的混合料在注塑机上注塑成型,得到具有预定形状的金属层。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2具体包括:设定注塑模具的注塑温度为150°~170°;将所述金属层置于所述注塑模具后注入硅胶,使所述金属层与所述硅胶在所述注塑温度下加热成型为一体,得到所述夹持件。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述S1与所述S2之间还包括:
    S3:将所述金属层进行脱脂去除其中的粘结剂;
    S4:将脱脂后的所述金属层在真空状态下烧结;
    S5:将烧结后的所述金属层自然冷却至预设冷却温度时强制冷却;
    S6:对冷却后的所述金属层进行再加工。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S4具体包括:将脱脂后的所述金属层放入真空烧结炉内,在预设烧结温度下烧结。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S6具体包括:对冷却后的所述金属层进行磁力研磨。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述金属粉末为不锈钢粉末或铜粉末。
