Claims (9)
- 복수종의 플라스틱편을 마찰접촉시켜 대전시키는 마찰대전부와, 이 마찰대전부로부터 하방에, 상방의 상단 정전분리부, 하방의 하단 정전분리부 및 회수부가 순서대로 설치되고,상기 상단 정전분리부 및 하단 정전분리부에, 상부에 플라스틱편이 공급되는 금속제의 회동전극과, 이 회동전극의 상부로부터 하부로의 회전 이동부에 대향해서 배치된 대향전극과, 상기 회동전극 및 대향전극에 고전압을 인가하여 회동전극과 대향전극의 사이에 분리용 정전장을 형성하는 고전압 전원이 각각 구비되며,상기 상단 정전분리부에서 회동전극측으로 분리된 플라스틱편을 하단 정전분리부의 회동전극에 공급하는 접속부를 설치하고,상기 상단 정전분리부 및 하단 정전분리부에서, 고전압 전원으로부터 회동전극 및 대향전극에 인가되는 극성을 서로 반대의 극성으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 선별장치.

- 제1항에 있어서, 하단 정전분리부를, 회동전극 및 대향전극 및 고전압 전원을 각각 구비하는 상하 복수조에 의해 구성함과 아울러, 상위의 하단 정전분리부에서 대향전극측으로 분리된 플라스틱편을 접속부를 통하여 하위의 회동전극에 공급하도록 구성하고,상기 하단 정전분리부에서, 고전압 전원으로부터 최상위의 하단 정전분리부의 회동전극과 대향전극에 인가되는 고전압의 극성과, 최상위보다 하위의 하단 정전분리부의 회동전극과 대향전극에 인가되는 고전압의 극성을 동일하게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 선별장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 접속부에, 회동전극측으로 분리되는 플라스틱편과 대향전극측으로 분리되는 플라스틱편의 분리상태를 조정할 수 있는 세퍼레이터가 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 선별장치.
- 복수종의 플라스틱편을 마찰접촉시켜 대전시키는 마찰대전부와, 이 마찰대전부로부터 하방에, 상방의 상단 정전분리부, 하방의 하단 정전분리부 및 회수부가 순서대로 설치되고,상기 하단 정전분리부에, 상단 정전분리부에서 회동전극측으로 분리된 플라스틱편이 접속 안내부를 통하여 공급되는 하단 제1 정전분리부와, 상단 정전분리부에서 대향전극측으로 분리된 플라스틱편이 공급되는 하단 제2 정전분리부가 설치되며,상기 상단 정전분리부 그리고 하단 제1 정전분리부 및 하단 제2 정전분리부에, 상부에 플라스틱편이 공급되는 금속제의 회동전극과, 이 회동전극의 상부로부터 하부로의 회전 이동부에 대향해서 배치된 대향전극과, 상기 회동전극 및 대향전극에 각각 고전압을 인가하여 회동전극과 대향전극의 사이에 분리용 정전장을 형성하는 고전압 전원이 각각 구비되고,상단 정전분리부와 하단 제1 정전분리부에서, 상기 고전압 전원으로부터 인가되는 고전압의 극성을 서로 반대극성으로 하고,상단 정전분리부와 하단 제2 정전분리부에서, 상기 고전압 전원으로부터 인가되는 고전압의 극성을 서로 동일 극성으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 선별장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 하단 제1 정전분리부 및 하단 제2 정전분리부에, 회동전극 및 대향전극 그리고 고전압 전원을 각각 구비하는 복수조의 정전분리부가 상하에 배치되고,상기 하단 제1 정전분리부 및 하단 제2 정전분리부에서, 상위의 하단 제1 정전분리부에서 대향전극측으로 분리된 플라스틱편을 하위의 회동전극에 공급하는 접속부를 설치하며,고전압 전원으로부터 최상위의 하단 제1 정전분리부의 회동전극과 대향전극에 각각 인가되는 고전압의 극성과, 최상위보다 하위의 하단 제1 정전분리부의 회동드럼과 대향전극에 각각 인가되는 고전압의 극성을 동일하게 하고,고전압 전원으로부터 최상위의 하단 제2 정전분리부의 회동드럼과 대향전극에 각각 인가되는 고전압의 극성과, 최상위보다 하위의 하단 제2 정전분리부의 회동드럼과 대향전극에 각각 인가되는 고전압의 극성을 동일하게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 선별장치.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 접속부에, 회동전극측으로 분리되는 플라스틱편과 대향전극측으로 분리되는 플라스틱편의 분리상태를 조정할 수 있는 세퍼레이터가 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 선별장치
- 제1항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 회동전극이, 수평축심 둘레에 회전가능하게 배치된 원통형상의 드럼전극으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 선별장치.
