Claims (29)
- 초흡수성폴리머(superabsorbing polymer; SAP)를 건조시키는 단계와;건조된 상기 초흡수성폴리머(SAP)와 흡습성염(hygroscopic salt) 용액을 접촉시켜 상기 초흡수성폴리머를 이온 변화시키는 단계와;상기 초흡수성폴리머와 상기 흡습성 염용액의 접촉에 의하여 생성되는 히드로겔을 건조하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제습제의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 흡습성염 용액은 5~15wt%의 농도로 상기 흡습성 염을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제습제의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 흡습성염 용액의 용매는 물인 것을 특징으로 하는 제습제의 제조방법.
- 초흡수성폴리머와 흡습성염 용액을 포함하고,상기 초흡수성폴리머는 아크릴산 또는 아크릴아미드가 교차 결합된 폴리머 또는 공중합체, 교차 결합된 녹말 유도체, 또는 셀룰로오스 유도체이고,상기 흡습성염 용액은 5~15wt%의 농도로 상기 흡습성 염을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제습제.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 초흡수성 폴리머는 교차 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제습제.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 초흡수성폴리머는 과립 형태를 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 제습제.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 과립의 입자지름은 최대 1,000㎛에 이르는 것을 특징으로 하는 제습제.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 초흡수성폴리머는 섬유 또는 필라멘트로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 제습제.

- 제 4항에 따른 상기 제습제 자체로만 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 제습 엘리먼트.

- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 제습제는 과립 또는 섬유 형태로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 제습 엘리먼트.
- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 운반체는 직물, 망상직물, 편물포, 편성포, 편물 또는 접착포 중 어느 하나 이상의 조합으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 제습 엘리먼트.
- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 운반체는 섬유 및 필라멘트 중 어느 하나 이상의 조합으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 제습 엘리먼트.
- 제 16항에 있어서,상기 섬유 및 필라멘트는 천연 및 합성폴리머 중 어느 하나 이상의 조합으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 제습 엘리먼트.
- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 운반체는 단층 또는 다층으로 형성된 시트인 것을 특징으로 하는 제습 엘리먼트 .
- 초흡수성폴리머를 운반체에 결합시키는 단계와;상기 운반체에 결합된 상기 초흡수성폴리머를 건조하는 단계와;상기 초흡수성폴리머가 결합된 상기 운반체와 흡습성염 용액을 접촉시켜 상기 초흡수성폴리머를 이온 변화시키는 단계와;상기 초흡수성폴리머가 결합된 상기 운반체를 건조하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제습 엘리먼트의 제조방법.
- 제 19항에 있어서,상기 흡습성염 용액은 5~15wt%의 농도로 흡습성 염을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제습 엘리먼트의 제조방법.

- 제 20항에 있어서,상기 흡습성염 용액의 용매는 물인 것을 특징으로 하는 제습 엘리먼트의 제조방법.
- 제 20항에 있어서,상기 운반체와 상기 흡습성염 용액 사이의 접촉은, 상기 운반체에 상기 흡습성염용액을 스며들게 하거나, 상기 흡습성염용액을 흩뿌림에 의하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제습 엘리먼트의 제조방법.
- 제 20항에 있어서,상기 운반체와 상기 흡습성염 용액과의 접촉은 2회 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 제습 엘리먼트의 제조방법.
- 제 19항 내지 제20항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 제습 엘리먼트의 제조 방법에 의하여 제조된 제습 엘리먼트로서,상기 초흡수성 폴리머는 아크릴산 또는 아크릴아미드가 교차 결합된 폴리머 또는 공중합체, 교차 결합된 녹말 유도체, 또는 셀룰로오스 유도체인 것을 특징으로 하는 제습 엘리먼트.
