Claims (18)
- 질소 화합물을 함유하는 유입수를 역전전기투석(EDR) 장치를 거쳐 생산수와 농축수로 분리하는 단계; 및 상기 농축수를 전기화학적 폐수처리(EWT) 장치에서 폐수의 제거 대상물질을 분해하는 단계;를 포함하는 EDR-EWT 혼합공정을 이용하는 폐수처리 방법으로서, 상기 EWT 장치의 반응기로 복극 반응기(bipolar reactor)를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수처리 방법.
- 질소 화합물을 함유하는 유입수를 전기화학적 폐수처리(EWT) 장치 단독으로 COD/T-N을 동시처리하는 공정을 이용하는 폐수처리 방법으로서, 상기 EWT 장치의 반응기로 복극 반응기(bipolar reactor)를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수처리 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유입수는 ETA(ethanolamine)로 인하여 유발된 COD 및 T-N을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 EDR 공정은 pH 4 - 7 범위에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 EDR 장치에서 배출되는 생산수를 공업용수로 재이용하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 EDR 공정은 단계적 역전(phased reversal) 방식으로 운전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 EDR 공정은 OSPR(off-spec product recycle) 방식으로 운전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 EDR 장치는 수소이온농도를 조절할 수 있는 장치를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 EDR 장치 농축수의 전기전도도를 조정할 수 있는 장치 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 EDR 장치의 농축수에 Cl을 포함하는 염 또는 해수를 첨가하여 EWT로 유입시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수처리 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 복극 반응기 내 전극 간격이 10 ~ 30 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수처리 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 복극 반응기 내 전류밀도 범위가 40 ~ 80 mA/cm2인 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수처리 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 반응시 발생하는 가스를 포집 또는 처리하는 장치를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수처리 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 반응이 완료된 처리수를 pH 조정하여 방류하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수처리 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 EWT 장치 후단에 활성탄 필터 또는 세라믹 필터 장치를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 EWT 장치의 처리수 중 일부를 EDR 장치로 순환시켜 재유입되도록 하는 장치를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수처리 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유입수에 Cl을 포함하는 염 또는 해수를 첨가하여 EWT 장치로 유입시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수처리 방법.
