Abstract
窒素化合物を含有する流入水を逆転電気透析装置を経て生成水と濃縮水とに分離する段階と、濃縮水を電気化学的廃水処理装置で廃水の除去対象物質を分解する段階とを含む逆転電気透析−電気化学的廃水処理の混合工程を利用する廃水処理方法を提供する。また、窒素化合物を含有する流入水を電気化学的廃水処理装置単独で廃水の除去対象物質を分解する廃水処理方法を提供する。これにより、逆転電気透析装置から流出される生成水は、工業用水として再利用が可能であり、濃縮水は、電気化学的廃水処理装置を介して難分解性CODとT−Nとを同時処理し、廃水処理装置の信頼性と安定性とを保証する。特に、エタノールアミンをpH調節剤として利用する発電所及び産業施設で発生する廃水中から、ETAによって誘発された難分解性CODとT−Nとを効率的に除去できる。該逆転電気透析−電気化学的廃水処理工程は、既存の廃水処理工程に接続が容易であるだけではなく、難分解性COD及びT−N含有廃水の効率的であって安定した処理が可能であり、今後総量規制など強化される環境基準に能動的に対応可能である。

- 窒素化合物を含有する流入水を逆転電気透析(EDR)装置を経て、生成水と濃縮水とに分離する段階と、

- 前記EDR装置から排出される生成水を工業用水として再利用する段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の廃水処理方法。
- 前記EDR工程は、段階的逆転方式で運転されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の廃水処理方法。
- 前記EDR工程は、OSPR(オフスペック プロダクト リサイクル)方式で運転されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の廃水処理方法。
- 前記EDR装置は、水素イオン濃度を調節できる装置をさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の廃水処理方法。
- 前記EDR装置濃縮水の電気伝導度を調整することができる装置をさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の廃水処理方法。
- 前記EDR装置の濃縮水にClを含む塩または海水を添加してEWT装置に流入させる段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の廃水処理方法。
- 前記EWT装置の反応器として複極反応器を使用することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の廃水処理方法。
- 前記複極反応器内の電極間隔が10〜30mmであることを特徴とすることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の廃水処理方法。
- 前記複極反応器内の電流密度範囲が40〜80mA/cm2であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の廃水処理方法。
- 反応時に発生するガスを捕集または処理する装置をさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の廃水処理方法。
- 反応が完了した処理水をpH調整して放流する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の廃水処理方法。
- 前記EWT装置後端に活性炭フィルタまたはセラミックフィルタ装置をさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の廃水処理方法。
- 前記EWT装置の処理水のうち一部をEDR装置に循環させて再流入させる装置をさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の廃水処理方法。
- 前記流入水にClを含む塩または海水を添加してEWT装置に流入させる段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の廃水処理方法。
