Claims (20)
- 평균 기포 크기가 1.5 내지 4mm이고, ASTM D2856, 방법 A에 따라서 측정한 연속 기포 함량이 40% 이하인 중합체 발포체를 제공하는 단계(A) 및ASTM D2856, 방법 A에 따라 측정한 연속 기포 함량이 20% 이상인 천공된 중합체 발포체를 수득하기 위해, ASTM D2856, 방법 A에 따라서 측정한 발포체의 연속 기포 함량이 단계(A)의 중합체 발포체에 비하여 10% 이상 증가하도록, 단계(A)에서 제공된 중합체 발포체를 중합체 발포체의 표면에서 천공시켜 중합체 발포체의 표면으로부터 중합체 발포체로 연장되는 다수의 천공 채널을 형성시키는 단계(B)를 포함하는, 단열 성능이 개선된 기포형 흡음성 중합체 발포체의 제조방법으로서, 천공 단계(B)에 의해 형성된 cm2당 천공 채널의 개수(PD)가 다음 수학식 1로 정의되는 값을 가지도록 단계(B)가 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.수학식 1PD ≥X / (ACS)2위의 수학식 1에서,"ACS"는 ASTM D3576에 따라서 측정한 단계(A)에서 제공된 중합체 발포체의 평균 기포 크기(mm)를 나타내고,"X"는 4이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(B)가, 단계(B)에서 형성된 천공 채널의 평균 직경의 2배 이상의 평균 거리로 서로 분리되어 있는 중합체 발포체의 표면에서의 7개 이상의 상이한 위치에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단계(B)가, 평균 직경이 0.1 내지 3mm인 천공 채널을 형성시키는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단계(A)의 중합체 발포체가, 단계(B)에 의해 천공된 표면에 대하여 수직인 평균 두께가 25mm 이상인 것인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 단계(A)의 중합체 발포체가, 평균 깊이가 중합체 발포체의 표면 아래로 5mm 이상으로 되도록 단계(B)에 따라서 천공되는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단계(B) 이후, ASTM D2856, 방법 A에 따라서 측정한 중합체 발포체의 연속 기포 함량이 50% 이하인 방법.

- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단계(A)에 따라서 제공되는 중합체 발포체가, 밀도가 25kg/m3 미만이고 평균 기포 크기가 2mm 이상이며 밀도가 300kg/m3 이하이며 평균 흡음 계수가 0.2 이상이고 열 변형 온도가 110℃ 이상인 기포형 열가소성 중합체 발포체이고, 당해 열가소성 중합체가, (1) tanδ값이 1.5 이하이고/이거나, (2) 용융 장력이 7cN 이상이고/이거나, (3) 용융 강도가 10cN 이상인 하나 이상의 주로 이소탁틱 폴리프로필렌 중합체(A)와, 임의로, 65:35 이하의 중량비로 폴리프로필렌 중합체와 블렌딩된 유리 라디칼 방법에 의해 제조된 하나 이상의 에틸렌 중합체 수지(B)를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 수학식 1에서 "X"가 6인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 수학식 1에서 "X"가 7인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 발포체가 10cm2당 20개 이상의 천공 채널을 가지는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 열전도도가, 단계(B)에 의해 제조된 중합체 발포체의 천공된 표면을 20℃에서 물에 노출시킨 다음, 중합체 발포체로부터 표면 수분을 제거한 후에 측정되는 방법.
- 제1항의 방법에 따라 수득할 수 있는 기포형 중합체 발포체.
- 제17항에 있어서, 방음재로서 사용되는 기포형 중합체 발포체.
- 제18항에 있어서, 외부 환경에 노출된 차량에 사용되는 기포형 중합체 발포체.
- 제18항 또는 제19항에 있어서, 습식 환경에서 사용되는 기포형 중합체 발포체.
