Claims (8)
- 곡물로 지은 밥에, 메밀싹과, 감자와, 야채와, 양념장과, 들기름을 비빔재료로 하여 구성된 메밀싹 비빔밥에 있어서,상기 곡물은 쌀 또는 쌀과 메밀쌀을 8:2로 혼합한 것으로 하고;상기 감자는 하얀감자 또는 보라밸리로 하고;상기 야채는 참나물, 무우채, 오이 및 호박 중에서 어느 하나 이상이 선택된 것으로 하고;상기 양념장은 고추장과 볶음된장 중에서 어느 하나 이상이 선택된 것으로 하고;상기 메밀싹 비빔밥이 1인분일 경우,상기 곡물로 지은 밥은 170~200g으로 하고;상기 메밀싹은 40~45g으로 하고;상기 감자는 40~45g으로 하고;상기 참나물은 30~35g으로 하고;상기 무우채는 40~50g으로 하고;상기 오이는 35~40g으로 하고;상기 호박은 35~40g으로 하고;상기 고추장은 0.5~1 스푼으로 하고;상기 볶음된장은 0.5~1 스푼으로 하고;상기 들기름은 1~1.5 스푼으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 메밀싹 비빔밥.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 비빔재료에는 계란지단과, 들깨가 더 추가되고;상기 메밀싹 비빔밥이 1인분일 경우,상기 계란지단은 15~20g으로 하고;상기 들깨는 1~1.5 티스푼으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 메밀싹 비빔밥.

- 곡물로 지은 밥에, 메밀싹과, 감자와, 야채와, 양념장과, 들기름을 비빔재료로 하여 비빔밥을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,쌀 또는 쌀과 메밀쌀을 8:2로 혼합한 곡물을 통상의 방법으로 밥을 짓고 따뜻한 상태로 유지하는 제 1 단계와;메밀싹을 뿌리만 자른 후 흐르는 물 또는 5~15oC의 미온에서 1~3분간 담가 두었다가 건져 불순물이 제거된 싱싱한 메밀싹 비빔재료를 만드는 제 2 단계와;하얀감자 또는 보라밸리의 껍질을 벗기고 4~5cm 정도의 길이와 0.5~1cm 정도의 폭으로 채를 썬 다음, 찬물에 4~5분 정도 담가두었다가 건져서, 식용유를 넣고 2~3분간 볶아서 감자 비빔재료를 만드는 제 3 단계와;참나물, 무우채, 오이 및 호박 중에서 어느 하나 이상을 선택하여 야채 비빔재료를 만드는 제 4 단계와;고추장과 볶음된장 중에서 어느 하나 이상을 선택하여 양념장 비빔재료를 만드는 제 5 단계와;하나의 그릇에 상기 곡물로 지은 적당량의 따뜻한 밥을 넣고, 상기 준비된 감자 비빔재료와, 상기 준비된 메밀싹 비빔재료와, 상기 준비된 야채 비빔재료와, 상기 준비된 양념장 비빔재료를 각각 적당량 얻은 다음, 들기름을 적당량 첨가하고 비벼 메밀싹 비빔밥을 완성하는 제 6 단계를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 메밀싹 비빔밥의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 제 4 단계에서 야채 비빔재료로 선택되는 참나물 비빔재료는,참나물 1kg 정도를 끓는 물에 넣어 3~4분 정도 데친 다음, 데친 참나물을 찬물에 씻고, 마늘 5쪽 분량 정도에 해당하는 다진마늘과 소금 1 티스푼 및 깨소금 1 스푼을 넣어 무쳐서 만드는 것을 특징으로 하고,상기 제 4 단계에서 야채 비빔재료로 선택되는 무우채 비빔재료는,1kg 정도의 무우를 껍질을 깍아서 채를 썰고, 그 위에 소금 2 스푼과 슈가 또는 당원 1 티스푼을 넣어 4~5분 정도 절인 다음, 고추가루 1 스푼을 넣어 무쳐서 만드는 것을 특징으로 하고,상기 제 4 단계에서 야채 비빔재료로 선택되는 오이 비빔재료는,1kg 정도의 싱싱한 청오이를 깨끗하게 씻어서 직경이 0.5~1cm 정도로 되도록 채를 썰어, 식용유 1 스푼과 소금 1 티스푼을 넣고 2분 정도 살짝 볶은 다음, 넓은 그릇에 펼쳐 빨리 식혀서 만드는 것을 특징으로 하고,상기 제 4 단계에서 야채 비빔재료로 선택되는 호박 비빔재료는,1kg 정도의 애호박을 깨끗이 씻은 다음 가운데 부분의 씨앗을 제거하고 4~5cm 정도의 길이와 0.5~1cm 정도의 폭으로 채를 썬 후, 식용유 1 스푼을 넣고 2~3분 정도 살짝 데친 다음, 소금 1 티스푼으로 간을 하고, 넓은 그릇에 펼쳐 빨리 식혀서 만드는 것을 특징으로 하고,상기 제 5 단계에서 양념장 비빔재료로 선택되는 볶음된장 비빔재료는,양파 3개, 대파 2개, 청량고추 20개를 각각 1cm 정도의 크기로 썬 후, 물 400ml 정도를 넣고 끓인 다음, 재래식 된장 1.5kg 정도를 넣고 잘 섞어 주면서 계속 볶다가, 된장이 끓을 때 다진 마늘 2 스푼을 넣고 조금 더 볶아서 만드는 것을 특징으로 하는 메밀싹 비빔밥의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 제 6 단계의 메밀싹 비빔밥을 완성하기 위하여 곡물로 지은 밥 및 비빔재료의 적당량을 선택함에 있어, 메밀싹 비빔밥이 1인분일 경우에는,상기 곡물로 지은 밥은 170~200g으로 하고;상기 메밀싹 비빔재료는 40~45g으로 하고;상기 감자 비빔재료는 40~45g으로 하고;상기 야채 비빔재료는 참나물, 무우채 및 오이가 선택된 것으로 하여,상기 참나물 비빔재료는 30~35g으로 하고;상기 무우채 비빔재료는 40~50g으로 하고;상기 오이 비빔재료는 35~40g으로 하고;상기 들기름 비빔재료는 1~1.5 스푼으로 하고;상기 양념장 비빔재료는 볶음된장 0.5~1 스푼 또는 고추장과 볶음된장을 각각 0.5 스푼으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 메밀싹 비빔밥의 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 메밀싹 비빔밥이 1인분일 경우,상기 야채 비빔재료에는 호박 비빔재료가 35~40g 더 추가되어 선택된 것으로 하고;상기 곡물로 지은 밥에 비빔재료로 계란지단 15~20g과 들깨 1~1.5 티스푼이 더 추가된 것을 특징으로 하는 메밀싹 비빔밥의 제조방법.
