Claims (12)
- 금속제 화상표면에 수지층을 이용해 모양부 금속박막이 고정되어 구성되는 장식패턴.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 수지층이 금속제 화상표면에 형성된 프라이머층과 그 위에 형성된 핫멜트접착제층으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장식패턴.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 프라이머층이 아크릴도료 혹은 에폭시도료로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장식패턴.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 모양부 금속박막이 홀로그램박막 또는 전자선빔 모양박막인 것을 특징으로 하는 장식패턴.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 모양부 금속박막 표면에 수지코팅이 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 장식패턴.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속제 화상이 전착화상인 것을 특징으로 하는 장식패턴.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속제 화상이 에칭화상인 것을 특징으로 하는 장식패턴.
- 요홈부를 갖는 피착체와 상기 요홈부와 동형상의 장식패턴으로 이루어고, 장식패턴이 상기 요홈부내의 장식패턴용 고착제층을 이용해 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장식플레이트로서, 장식패턴이 제1항 내지 제 3항의 어느 한 항에 기재된 장식패턴인 것을 특징으로 하는 장식플레이트.
- 지지부재 위에 금속제 화상을 정렬가착하도록 형성하고,상기 금속제 화상표면에 프라이머층을 형성하고,모양면의 반대쪽 면에 핫멜트접착제층을 지닌, 모양부 금속박막을 이 핫멜트접착제층을 이용해 금속제 화상표면에 열압착시키는 공정을 포함하는 장식패턴의 제조방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 열압착된, 모양부 금속박막 표면에 수지코팅하는 공정을 더 포함하는 장식패턴의 제조방법.
- 제 9항 혹은 제 10항에 있어서, 지지부재상에 정렬가착된, 장식패턴을 접착제층을 보유하는 애플리케이션테이프에 전사하고,장식패턴의 노출면에 장식패턴용 고착층을 형성하는 과정을 더 포함하는 장식패턴 의 제조방법.
- 상기 제11항의 방법으로 얻어진 장식패턴을 장식패턴과 동형상의 요홈부를 보유하는 피착체의 상기 요홈부에 장식패턴용 고착층을 이용해 감합(嵌合)하고, 장식패턴으로부터 애플리케이션테이프를 박리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장식플레이트의 제조방법.
