Claims (3)
- 제 1 및 제 2피스톤 펌프와, 상기 제 1 및 제 2피스톤 펌프를 교번적으로 작동시키는 구동부를 포함하며, 상기 구동부는 일측의 챔버로 도입되는 작동유에 의해 교번적으로 신장되면서 상기 제 1 및 제 2피스톤 펌프 각각을 구동시키는 제 1 및 제 2유압실린더와, 상기 제 1 및 제 2유압실린더의 각 타측의 챔버를 서로 연통시키는 연통라인과, 상기 제 1 및 제 2유압실린더의 일측의 챔버로부터 타측의 챔버로 뉴유된 작동유를 드레인시킬 수 있도록 상기 연통라인으로부터 분지되는 드레인라인과, 인가되는 전원에 의해 복원위치에서 작동위치로 절환되어 상기 드레인라인을 개방시키는 상시 폐쇄형 드레인밸브와, 기준 스트로크로 수축 운동할 때의 상기 제 1유압실린더의 운동 전환점에 설치되는 제 1감지수단과, 기준 스트로크로 신장 운동할 때의 상기 제 2유압실린더의 운동 전환점에 설치되는 제 2감지수단을 포함하는 콘크리트 펌핑시스템의 유압실린더 스트로크 교정장치에 있어서,상기 제 1 및 제 2감지수단으로부터 입력된 신호가 소정의 시간차를 두고 입력되면, 상기 제 1유압실린더와 상기 제 2유압실린더의 스트로크가 서로 다른 것으로 판단하여 상기 드레인밸브를 작동위치로 절환시키고,상기 제 1감지수단과 제 2감지수단으로부터 입력된 신호가 동일한 시점이면, 상기 제 1 유압실린더와 상기 제 2 유압실린더의 스트로크가 서로 동일한 것으로 판단하여 상기 드레인밸브를 복원위치로 작동시키며,상기 제 1감지수단과 제 2감지수단으로부터 입력된 신호들간의 입력 시간차에 비례하여 상기 드레인밸브의 절환시간을 제어할 수 있도록, 상기 신호들간의 입력시간차에 따라 각기 다른 제어값을 내장하고 있는 콘트롤러;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트 펌핑시스템의 유압실린더 스트로크 교정장치.
