Claims (15)
- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 수평균 분자량이 약 1,000∼10,000인 실록산 마크로머(A) 성분, 불수용성 모노올레핀계 모노머(B) 성분, 및 수용성 모노올레핀계 모노머(C) 성분을 필수성분으로 하는 콘택트렌즈용 공중합체:화학식 1식중에서, R1, R2 및 R3는 독립적으로 C1∼C4의 알킬기로부터 선택되고, R4는 C1∼C6의 알킬기로부터 선택되며, R5는 지방족, 지환식 또는 방향족 디이소시아네이트에서 NCO기를 제거한 잔기이고, R6, R7, R8 및 R9는 독립적으로 C1∼C3의 알킬렌으로부터 선택되며, n은 4∼80의 정수이고, m 및 p는 독립적으로 3∼40의 정수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1에 있어서 R1, R2 및 R3가 메틸기이고, R4는 n-부틸기이며, n은 4∼60의 정수이고, m 및 p는 독립적으로 3∼30의 정수인 것을 특징으로 하는 콘택트렌즈용 공중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실록산 마크로머(A) 성분의 함유량이 10∼60중량%이고, 불수용성 모노올레핀계 모노머(B) 성분의 함유량은 10∼50중량%이며, 수용성 모노올레핀계 모노머(C) 성분의 함유량은 10∼45중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 콘택트렌즈용 공중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 불수용성 모노올레핀계 모노머(B)가 트리스(트리메틸실록시)-γ-메타크릴옥시프로필실란, 2,2,2-트리플루오로에틸메타크릴레이트, 헥사플루오로이소프로필메타크릴레이트, 및 퍼플루오로옥틸에틸옥시프로필렌메타크릴레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 모노머인 것을 특징으로 하는 콘택트렌즈용 공중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수용성 모노올레핀계 모노머(C)가 2-히드록시에틸메타크릴레이트, N,N-디메틸아크릴아미드, N-비닐-2-피롤리돈, 및 메타크릴산으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종 이상의 모노머인 것을 특징으로 하는 콘택트렌즈용 공중합체.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 콘택트렌즈용 공중합체를 콘택트렌즈 형상으로 형성시키고 함수시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 소프트 콘택트렌즈.
- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 수평균 분자량이 약 1,000∼10,000인 실록산 마크로머(A), 불수용성 모노올레핀계 모노머(B), 및 수용성 모노올레핀계 모노머(C)로 이루어진 모노머 혼합액을 콘택트렌즈 형상의 몰드형 중에 주입하고, 공중합시켜 얻어지는 공중합체를 함수시킨 소프트 콘택트렌즈:화학식 1식중에서, R1, R2 및 R3는 독립적으로 C1∼C4의 알킬기로부터 선택되고, R4는 C1∼C6의 알킬기로부터 선택되며, R5는 지방족, 지환식 또는 방향족 디이소시아네이트에서 NCO기를 제거한 잔기이고, R6, R7, R8 및 R9는 독립적으로 C1∼C3의 알킬렌으로부터 선택되며, n은 4∼80의 정수이고, m 및 p는 독립적으로 3∼40의 정수이다.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1에 있어서 R1, R2 및 R3가 메틸기이고, R 4는 n-부틸기이며, n은 4∼60의 정수이고, m 및 p는 독립적으로 3∼30의 정수인 것을 특징으로 하는 소프트 콘택트렌즈.
- 제8항에 있어서, 실록산 마크로머(A)의 함유량이 10∼60중량%이고, 불수용성 모노올레핀계 모노머(B)의 함유량이 10∼50중량%이며, 수용성 모노올레핀계 모노머(C)의 함유량은 10∼45중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 소프트 콘택트렌즈.
- 제8항에 있어서, 불수용성 모노올레핀계 모노머(B)가 트리스(트리메틸실록시)-γ-메타크릴옥시프로필실란, 2,2,2-트리플루오로에틸메타크릴레이트, 헥사플루오로이소프로필메타크릴레이트, 및 퍼플루오로옥틸에틸옥시프로필렌메타크릴레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 모노머인 것을 특징으로 하는 소프트 콘택트렌즈.
- 제8항에 있어서, 수용성 모노올레핀계 모노머(C)가 2-히드록시에틸메타크릴레이트, N,N-디메틸아크릴아미드, N-비닐-2-피롤리돈, 및 메타크릴산으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종 이상의 모노머인 것을 특징으로 하는 소프트 콘택트렌즈.
- 제8항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 함수율이 15∼35%이고 또한 산소 투과계수가 70×10-11(cm2/sec)·(mL O2/mL×mmHg) 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 소프트 콘택트렌즈.
- 제7항에 있어서, 함수율이 15∼35%이고 또한 산소 투과계수가 70×10-11(cm2/sec)·(mL O2/mL×mmHg) 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 소프트 콘택트렌즈.
