Claims (38)
- 충격 프로필렌 공중합체와 커플링제의 반응에 의해 제조되는 커플링된 충격 프로필렌 공중합체를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,커플링된 충격 프로필렌 공중합체가 커플링된 충격 프로필렌 공중합체의 9 중량% 이상의 양으로 존재하는 탄성중합체상을 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,커플링제가 폴리(설포닐 아지드)를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,커플링제가 비스(설포닐 아지드)를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,커플링된 충격 프로필렌 공중합체로 제조된 제품이 필적하는 커플링되지 않은 충격 프로필렌 공중합체로 제조된 제품에 비해 개선된 방향상 균형된 충격 특성을 나타내는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,커플링된 충격 프로필렌 공중합체가 하기 수학식 1 내지 3을 만족시킴을 특징으로 하는 조성물:수학식 1수학식 2수학식 3상기 식들에서,A는 커플링된 충격 프로필렌 공중합체 수지로 제조된 제품의 평행한 연성-대-취성 전이 온도이고;B는 필적하는 커플링되지 않은 충격 프로필렌 공중합체 수지로 제조된 제품의 평행한 연성-대-취성 전이 온도이고;C는 커플링된 충격 프로필렌 공중합체 수지로 제조된 제품의 수직인 연성-대-취성 전이 온도이고;D는 필적하는 커플링되지 않은 충격 프로필렌 공중합체 수지로 제조된 제품의 수직인 연성-대-취성 전이 온도이고;Y는 커플링된 충격 프로필렌 공중합체의 용융 강도 대 필적하는 커플링되지 않은 충격 프로필렌 공중합체의 용융 강도의 비이다.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,Y가 1.5 이상인 조성물.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,Y가 3 이상인 조성물.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,Y가 5 이상인 조성물.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,X가 0.5 미만인 조성물.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,X가 0.33 미만인 조성물.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,X가 0.25 미만인 조성물.
- 제 6 항 내지 제 12 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물을 포함하는, 압출된 제품, 사출 성형된 제품, 취입 성형된 제품, 병, 취입 성형된 병, 회전 성형된 제품, 프로파일(profile) 압출된 제품, 압출된 시이트(sheet), 파이프(pipe) 압출된 제품, 열성형된 제품, 발포체 및 이들의 조합물로 구성된 군에서 선택된 성형품.
- 제 6 항 내지 제 12 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물을 포함하는 필름 제품.
