Claims (3)
- 메주에서 분리되고, 단백질분해효소 생산능이 있음을 특징으로 하는 바실러스 서브틸리스(Bacillus subtilis) GR-101 KCCM 10673P 균주.
- 미생물을 이용한 발효대두단백질의 가공방법에 있어서,대두박의 초기 수분함량을 40~50%으로 하고, 단백질분해효소 생산능이 있는 제1항 기재의 바실러스 서브틸리스(Bacillus subtilis) GR-101 KCCM 10673P와 전분분해능력이 우수한 아스퍼질러스 오리재(Aspergillus oryzae) GB-107 KCTC 10258BP를 1:1의 비율로 혼합함을 특징으로 하는 효소 생성능 강화 고체발효 대두단백질의 가공 방법.
- 제2항의 방법에 따라 제조된 고체발효 대두단백질을 유효성분으로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 가축용 사료.
