Claims (15)
- 절연성 기재필름, 상기 절연성 기재필름 위에 형성되며 인계 난연제, 및 베이스 수지를 포함하는 난연성 접착층, 및 상기 난연성 접착층 위에 형성되며 마그네슘계 화합물, 및 베이스 수지를 포함하는 보호난연성 접착층을 포함하는 비할로겐계 난연성 접착필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인계 난연제는 폴리인산암모늄, 폴리인산멜라민, 폴리인산암모늄멜라민, 아인산 멜라민, 및 인산 에스테르 아미드로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종 이상의 인계 난연제인 비할로겐계 난연성 접착필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인계 난연제는 인과 질소를 포함하며, 하기 계산식 1로 얻어지는 인과 질소의 함량비 W가 0.36:1 ≤ W ≤ 2.21:1인 비할로겐계 난연성 접착필름:[계산식 1]함량비 W = WP/WN×100상기 식에서, WP는 전체 분자량에서 인의 분자량이 차지하는 백분율(%), WN은 전체 분자량에서 질소의 분자량이 차지하는 백분율(%)이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 난연성 접착층은 베이스 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 50 내지 200 중량부의 인계 난연제를 포함하는 것인 비할로겐계 난연성 접착필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 마그네슘계 화합물은 산화마그네슘, 탄산마그네슘, 수산화 마그네슘, 및 수산화 탄산마그네슘으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종 이상의 마그네슘 화합물인 비할로겐계 난연성 접착필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보호난연성 접착층은 베이스 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 50 내지 200 중량부의 마그네슘계 화합물을 포함하는 것인 비할로겐계 난연성 접착필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베이스 수지는 열가소성 폴리에스테르 공중합체 수지인 비할로겐계 난연성 접착필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 난연성 접착층, 또는 보호난연성 접착층은 난연조제, 유기용제, 커플링제, 산화방지제, 착색제, 및 대전방지제로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 더 포함하는 것인 비할로겐계 난연성 접착필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절연성 기재필름은 폴리에틸렌나프탈레이트, 폴리이미드, 폴리아미드, 폴리페닐렌설파이드, 폴리에테르이미드, 및 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 고분자를 포함하는 것인 비할로겐계 난연성 접착 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절연성 기재필름과 난연성 접착층 사이에 프라이머층을 더 포함하며, 상기 프라이머층은 가교제와 포화폴리에스테르 공중합체 수지가 가교화된 형태인 비할로겐계 난연성 접착 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 난연성 접착층:보호난연성 접착층의 두께비율 T는 1:3 < T ≤ 3:1인 비할로겐계 난연성 접착필름.
- 두장의 난연성 접착 필름, 및상기 난연성 접착필름의 접착면 사이에 삽입된 도체를 포함하며, 상기 난연성 접착필름은 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 비할로겐계 난연성 접착필름인 플랫케이블.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 플랫케이블은 상온조건에서의 필름-도체간 접착력이 70 내지 110 g/mm, 60℃ x 90%RH x 96hr의 고온고습 조건에서의 필름-도체간 접착력이 70 내지 100 g/mm, 85℃ x 85%RH x 96hr의 고온고습 조건에서의 필름-도체간 접착력이 70 내지 100 g/mm인 플랫케이블.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 플랫케이블은 60 내지 85 ℃로 48 내지 96 시간 동안 열처리할 경우, 필름-도체간 접착력이 열처리 전보다 10 내지 30 g/mm 상승되는 것인 플랫케이블.
