Claims (7)
- 폴리올레핀 수지, 열가소성 탄성중합체 및 용매를 포함하는 조성물을 용융 혼련하는 단계, 상기 용융 혼련 물질을 압출하고 냉각하여 시이트 몰딩으로 만드는 단계, 상기 시이트 몰딩을 압연 처리하는 단계, 및 상기 압연 시이트 몰딩을 연신하고 탈용매 처리를 실시하는 단계를 포함하는 다공질 필름의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 압연 처리를, 하기 수학식 1로 계산되는 압연 처리 후 시이트 몰딩의 탄성 회복률이 20% 이하로 되는 조건에서 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 필름의 제조방법.수학식 1탄성 회복률(r)[%] = 100 × (t-t0)/t0상기 식에서, t0은 압연 처리에 있어서의 시이트 압연부의 최소 간극(clearance)이고, t는 압력 해제 후의 탄성 회복 상태에서의 시이트 두께이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 압연 처리를, 하기 수학식 2로 계산되는 압연 계수(k)가 5[배·분] 이상으로 되는 조건에서 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 필름의 제조방법.수학식 2압연 계수(k)[배·분] = 압연율[배] × 압연 시간[분]상기 식에서, 압연율은 압연 전 시이트 두께를 압연 후 시이트 두께로 나눈 비율이고, 압연 시간은 압력이 작용하는 시간이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 압연 처리를 가압 롤러식 더블 벨트 프레스기(pressure roller type double belt pressing machine)에 의해 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 필름의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 가압 롤러식 더블 벨트 프레스기가 1대의 벨트 프레스기 내에서 가열 압연과 냉각 가압을 연속적으로 실시하는 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 필름의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 가열 압연을 폴리올레핀 수지 융점보다 10℃ 내지 30℃ 낮은 온도에서 실시하고, 상기 냉각 가압을 40℃ 이하에서 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 필름의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 조성물이 가교결합가능하고 이중결합을 갖는 열가소성 탄성중합체를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 필름의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,다공질 필름이 전지용 세퍼레이터로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 필름의 제조방법.
