Claims (9)
- 에폭시수지 8 ~ 50중량%, 경화제 3.34 ~ 50중량%, 실리콘 수지 0.1 ~ 30중량%, 난연재 1 ~ 75중량%, 실리카 13.34 ~ 70중량%, 포이올 0.1 ~ 10중량%, 러버(Rubber) 0.1 ~ 50중량%, 촉진제 0.01 ~ 10중량%, 기능성 첨가제 0.01 ~ 10중량%로 조성되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 옥외용 에폭시 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 에폭시수지는 비스페놀 A형 에폭시(DGEBA Type Epoxy), 비스페놀 F형 에폭시(DGEBF Type Epoxy), 노볼락형 에폭시(Novolac Type Epoxy)수지, 난연성 에폭시(Brominated Epoxy)수지, 수첨 비스페놀 A 또는 수첨 비스페놀 F를 이용한 에폭시 수지 ,시클로앨러패틱 에폭시(Cycloaliyphatic Epoxy), 러버 모디파이드 에폭시(Rubber Modified Epoxy), 앨러패틱 폴리글리시딜형 에폭시(AliphaticPolyglycidyl Type Epoxy)수지, 글리시딜 아민형 에폭시(Glycidyl Amine Type Epoxy) 중 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 옥외용 에폭시 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 경화제는 메틸헥사하이드로프탈릭언하이드라이드(M-HHPA), 헥사하이드로프탈릭언하이드라이드(HHPA), 프탈릭언하이드라이드(PA), 앨러패틱 아 민(Aliphatic amine), 모디파이 앨러패틱 아민(Modifide Aliphatic amine), 애로매틱 아민(Aromatic amine), 제 3급 아민(Amine)류, 폴리아미드(Polyamide)수지, 다황화물(Polysulfide)수지, 삼플루오르화붕소-아민 콤플렉스(BF3 - Amine Complex), 페놀(Phenol)수지, 디시안디아미드(Dicyandiamide) 중 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 옥외용 에폭시 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 실리콘 수지는 실리콘 모노머, 실리콘 변성 에폭시, 실리콘 변성 고분자, 실리콘 실란과 아미노변성실리콘, 에폭시변성실리콘 및 카르복시 변성실리콘인 유기변성 실리콘 수지 중 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 옥외용 에폭시 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 난연재는 수산화알루미늄(Aluminium hydroxide; Al(OH)3), 이산화 안티몬, 인계열 난연재, 할로겐족의 난연재 중 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 옥외용 에폭시 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 실리카는 월라스토네이트((Wollastonite;CaSIO3), 유리섬 유, 그라스 h(Glass chop) 탈크(talk)등 성분중 실리카가 50% 이상인 물질 중 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 옥외용 에폭시 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 러버(Rubber)는 러버 파우더(Rubber powder), 러버변성성에폭시 모노모 형태의 러버(Rubber)와 고분자로 변성시킨 러버(Rubber) 물질과 그 물질을 파우더(Powder)형태로 만든 물질 중 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 옥외용 에폭시 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 촉진제로는 3급 아민, 루이스산 촉진제, 인계열, 이미디졸, 변성이미다졸, 금속계열촉진제 중 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 옥외용 에폭시 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 기능성 첨가제는 에폭시실란; 소포제인 에틸알코올, 실리콘유, 옥틸알코올, 시크로헥산올, 에틸렌글리콜 및 소르비탄지방산에스테르를 주성분으로 하는 비이온계면활성제; 자외선흡수제인 하이드록시 벤조페논(Hydroxy benzophenone), 하이드록시페닐 벤조트리아졸(Hydroxyphenyl benzotriazole), 아릴에스터(Arylester), 옥사닐라이드(Oxanilides) 중 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 옥외용 에폭시 조성물.
