Claims (20)
- 외주벽과, 이 외주벽의 내측에 배치된 격벽과, 이 격벽에 의해 구획되고 축 방향으로 관통하는 복수 개의 유통 구멍을 갖는 허니콤 성형체를 건조하는 건조 방법으로서, 외주벽과 접촉하지 않도록 외주벽을 덮는 가이드를 이용하여, 외주벽의 적어도 일부를 덮은 상태에서 건조를 시작하며, 건조 중에 외주벽과 가이드가 접촉하는 경우에 있어서의 가이드로부터 외주벽으로의 가압력을 0.2 MPa 미만이 되도록 하는 건조 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니콤 성형체의 건조 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외주벽과 이 외주벽을 덮는 가이드와의 간격을 0.1 mm 미만으로 하여 건조를 시작하는 것인 허니콤 성형체의 건조 방법.
- 외주벽과, 이 외주벽의 내측에 배치된 격벽과, 이 격벽에 의해 구획되고 축 방향으로 관통하는 복수 개의 유통 구멍을 갖는 허니콤 성형체를 건조하는 건조 방법으로서, 외주벽과 접촉하도록 외주벽을 덮는 가이드를 이용하여, 외주벽의 적어 도 일부를 덮은 상태에서 건조하는 건조 공정을 포함하고, 상기 건조 공정에서, 상기 접촉 부분에서의 가이드의 외주벽으로의 가압력이 0.2 MPa 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 허니콤 성형체의 건조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가이드는 개구부를 갖는 것인 허니콤 성형체의 건조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 가이드는 개구부를 갖는 것인 허니콤 성형체의 건조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가이드가 외주벽을 덮는 범위는 전 외주벽의 표면적에 대해 20∼100%인 것인 허니콤 성형체의 건조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 가이드가 외주벽을 덮는 범위는 전 외주벽의 표면적에 대해 20∼100%인 것인 허니콤 성형체의 건조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 건조는 마이크로파 건조 공정과 열풍 건조 공정을 포함하고, 마이크로파 건조 공정 후에 열풍 건조 공정를 행하는 것인 허니콤 성형체의 건조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 건조는 마이크로파 건조 공정과 열풍 건조 공정을 포함하고, 마이크로파 건조 공정 후에 열풍 건조 공정를 행하는 것인 허니콤 성형체의 건조 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 적어도 열풍 건조 공정에서, 가이드를 이용하여 외주벽의 적어도 일부를 덮은 상태에서 건조를 시작하는 것인 허니콤 성형체의 건조 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 적어도 열풍 건조 공정에서, 가이드를 이용하여 외주벽의 적어도 일부를 덮은 상태에서 건조를 시작하는 것인 허니콤 성형체의 건조 방법.

- 제9항에 있어서, 전 건조 공정에서의 전 탈수량에 대한 마이크로파 건조 공정에서의 탈수율이 30∼80 질량%인 것인 허니콤 성형체의 건조 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 전 건조 공정에서의 전 탈수량에 대한 마이크로파 건조 공정에서의 탈수율이 30∼80 질량%인 것인 허니콤 성형체의 건조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 허니콤 성형체는 세라믹스를 주성분으로 하는 것인 허니콤 성형체의 건조 방법.
