Claims (10)
- 캐리어(carrier), 및 그 위에 지지된 건조 촉매의 1-12 wt%의 양의 구리를 포함하는 촉매 활성 물질(catalytically-active material)을 포함하여 이루어지고, 하기의 치수를 갖는 중공 원통형 촉매:4.0 ≤ De ≤ 7.0 (1);2.0 ≤ Di ≤ 2.8 (2);6.1 ≤ L ≤ 6.9 (3); 및,2.0 ≤ De/Di ≤ 2.5 (4):여기서, 각각 De는 중공 원통의 외부직경(mm), Di는 내부직경(mm), 그리고 L은 길이이다.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 중공 원통이 다음의 치수를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매:4.5 ≤ De ≤ 5.5;2.0 ≤ Di ≤ 2.6;6.2 ≤ L ≤ 6.6; 및,2.1 ≤ De/Di ≤ 2.3:여기서, De, Di 그리고 L은 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매 활성 물질은 알칼리 금속, 알칼리토 금속, IIB족 금속 그리고 란탄족 원소중 적어도 하나를 포함하며, 그 총량은 건조 촉매의 10 wt% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기의 알칼리 금속은 리튬 또는 칼륨이고, 상기의 알칼리토 금속은 마그네슘이고, 상기의 란탄족원소는 란탄 또는 세륨이며, 촉매 활성 물질내에 건조 촉매의 6 wt% 까지의 양으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기의 캐리어가 실리카, 부석, 규조토, 알루미나, 보에마이트 또는 바이어라이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기의 캐리어는 50-350㎡/g의 표면적(BET)을 갖는 알루미나인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기의 촉매 또는 상기의 캐리어중 어느 하나가 정제화 장치에 의해 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기의 캐리어는 정제화 장치에 의해 형성되고, 그 후에 촉매 활성 물질로 주입되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 의한 촉매를 이용하는 탄화수소의 염화산소화 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 의한 촉매가 있는 고정층 반응장치에서 에틸렌, 산소 그리고 하이드로겐 클로라이드를 반응시키는 것을 포함하는 에틸렌에서 1,2-디클로로에탄으로 전환하기 위한 촉매적 염화산소화 방법.
