Claims (3)
- 각종 공사현장에서 수거되는 폐 아스팔트가 일정 규격으로 파쇄되어 재생을 위해 홉퍼 타입의 골재저류조에 저장되고, 홉퍼로부터 벨트컨베이어를 따라 분쇄물을 건조로 내에 투입시켜 건조. 용융시켜 재생시키는 폐 아스팔트 재생장치의 운전방법에 있어서,건조로는 연속5단 회전건조로가 이용되고 골재저류조 에서 파쇄물이 컨베이어 벨트를 통해 건조기로 이송 시 파쇄물 이송량이 건조로 내부온도가 최종650℃ 이상에서는 고속으로, 600-650℃ 에서는 저속으로 배출되도록 이송. 투입량을 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐 아스팔트 재생처리시설 운전방법.

- 제1항에 있어서,연속5단 회전건조로는 투입구측의 제1단계 건조영역은 150± 50℃, 제2단계 건조영역은 250± 50℃, 제3단계 건조영역은 350± 50℃, 제4단계 건조영역은 450± 50℃ 그리고 배출구측의 제5단계 건조영역은 650± 50℃ 에 이르도록 운전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐 아스팔트 재생처리시설 운전방법.
