Abstract

본 발명은 드럼 세탁기의 건조장치 및 건조 방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 응축덕트내 냉각수를 세탁조내의 순환열풍과 분리시키고 아울러 건조 효율을 향상시키는 드럼 세탁기의 건조장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다.
건조개시에서 세탁조내의 온도 T2와 냉각수의 온도T1과의 온도차가 설정된 온도에 도달할때 까지 히터만 동작시키고 냉각급수를 차단하는 과정과, 상기 히터/냉각 제어과정에서 히터와 냉각수의 온도차가 설정된 일정온도에 도달하면 냉각수를 급수하고 세탁조의 정상온도 도달전 일정법위부터 온도 상승률을 기억시키는 과정과, 상기 온도상승 과정의 온도 상승률에 따라 히터 전원을 제어하는 과정과, 상기 히터 제어과정의 결과에 따라 정상온도에서 미세한 온도차까지 근접하면 이에 따라 히터 전압 강하/상승을 제어하는 과정으로서 달성되는 것이다.
본 발명은 달성하기 위한 또다른 수단을 건조시 응축덕트에 배출되는 수분함유 공기와 냉각수의 직접접촉을 방지하여 냉각수의 재증발을 방지시키는 재증발방지 수단과, 상기 재증발 방지수단에서 수분이 제거된 공기를 건조온도에 따라 제어하여 가열하는 히터 제어수단을 포함하여 이루어짐으로서 달성되는 것이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 건조개시에서 세탁조내의 온도 T2와 냉각수의 온도T1과의 온도차가 설정된 온도에 도달할 때 까지 히터만 동작시키고 냉각급수를 차단하는 과정과, 상기 히터/냉각 제어과정에서 히터와 냉각수의 온도차가 설정된 일정온도에 도달하면 냉각수를 급수하고 세탁조의 정상온도 도달전 일정범위로부터 온도 상승률을 기억시키는 과정과, 상기온도상승 과정의 온도 상승율에 따라 히터 전원을 제어하는 과정과, 상기 히터 제어과정의 결과에 따라 정상온도에서 미세한 온도차까지 근접하면 이에 따라 히터 전압 강하/상승을 미세하게 제어하는 과정을 포함하여 이루어진 드럼세탁기의 건조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 히터 제어과정은 교류전원 전압의 제로크로싱 전압 시작점을 검출하는 단계와, 상기 온도 상승율에 따라 히터 전운을 상기 시작점으로부터 일정시간 지연시켜 인가시키는 단계와, 상기 히터 전원 인가 단계에서 인간된 전원을 상기 교류전원 전압의 부호가 바뀜에 따라 인가전원을 차단하는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 한 드럼세탁기의 건조 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 히터전압강하/상승과정은 세탁조의 건조온도가 설정온도의 2℃범위 보다 크면 히터 전압을 강하하는 단계와, 상기 세탁조의 건조온도가 설정온도의 2℃범위보다 낮으면 히터 전압을 상승시키는 단계와, 상기 히터 전압이 설정된 일정 전압 이하이면 건조를 완료시키는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 한 드럼세탁기의 건조 방법.
  4. 건조시 응축덕트에 배출되는 수분함유 공기와 냉각수의 직접접촉을 방지하여 냉각수의 재증발을 방지시키는 재증발방지 수단과, 상기 재증발 방지수단에서 수분이 제거된 공기를 건조온도에 따라 제어하여 가열하는 히터 제어수단을 포함하여 된것을 특징으로 한 드럼세탁기의 건조장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 재증발 방지수단은 응축덕트내에 장착되어 냉각수를 통과시키는 냉각핀이 부착된 냉각파이트로 구성함을 특징으로 한 드럼세탁기의 건조장치.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 히터 제어수단은 온도센서에서 감지된 냉각수 온도에 따라 히터를 제어하는 마이콤과, 상기 마이콤의 제어에 따라 히터에 공급되는 전압을 제어하는 트라이악으로 구성함을 특징으로 한 드럼세탁기의 건조장치.
