Claims (9)
- 질량%로 C: 0.4∼0.9%, Si: 1.0% 이하, Mn: 1.0% 이하, Cr: 4∼6%, W 및 Mo 중 1종 또는 2종을 (1/2W+ Mo)로 1.5∼6%(단, W: 3% 이하), V 및 Nb 중 1종 또는 2종을 (V+ Nb)로 0.5∼3%를 함유하는 고속도 공구강으로서,매트릭스 중에 분산되는 석출 탄화물의 평균입경이 0.5μm 이하이며 또한, 상기 탄화물의 분포 밀도가 80× 103개/mm2 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고속도 공구강.
- 제1항에 있어서,질량%로 Ni: 1% 이하를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 고속도 공구강.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,질량%로 Co: 5% 이하를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고속도 공구강.
- 질량%로 C: 0.4∼0.9%, Si: 1.0% 이하, Mn: 1.0% 이하, Cr: 4∼6%, W 및 Mo 중 1종 또는 2종을 (1/2W+ Mo)로 1.5∼6%(단, W: 3% 이하), V 및 Nb 중 1종 또는 2종을 (V+ Nb)로 0.5∼3%를 함유하는 고속도 공구강의 제조 방법으로서,재용해법에 의해서 제작된 강괴를 1200∼1300℃로 가열하여 소킹(soaking)하 고, 상기 소킹 후, 적어도 표면 온도를 3℃/min 이상의 냉각 속도로 900℃ 이하까지 냉각하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고속도 공구강의 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 소킹 후에 적어도 표면 온도를 3℃/min 이상의 냉각 속도로 900℃ 이하까지 냉각한 후, 분괴, 열간 성형을 거쳐, 담금질·템퍼링하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고속도 공구강의 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 소킹 후에 적어도 표면 온도를 3℃/min 이상의 냉각 속도로 900℃ 이하까지 냉각한 후, 분괴, 열간 성형을 거쳐 기계 가공하고, 상기 기계 가공 후에 담금질·템퍼링하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고속도 공구강의 제조 방법.
- 제4항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,질량%로 Ni: 1% 이하를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고속도 공구강의 제조 방법.
- 제4항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,질량%로 Co: 5% 이하를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고속도 공구강의 제조 방법.
- 제4항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,질량%로 Ni: 1% 이하, 및 질량%로 Co: 5% 이하를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고속도 공구강의 제조 방법.
