Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 현상롤러에 탄력적으로 접촉되는 블레이드몸체, 상기 블레이드몸체에 형성되어 상기 현상롤러와 접촉되는 현상롤러접촉부로 부터 소정 각도로 벤딩된 벤딩부 및, 상기 벤딩부에 형성된 오목부를 포함하는 블레이드; 및,상기 블레이드와 접촉되는 실링부재;를 포함하며,상기 실링부재는 상기 오목부에 접촉되어 상기 블레이드몸체의 양단부에 오버랩되도록 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 현상제층규제장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 오목부는 상기 벤딩부의 양측에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 현상제층규제장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 오목부의 길이방향(L)의 길이(L1)는 상기 실링부재가 상기 오목부와 접촉되는 실링부재접촉부의 길이(L2)보다 긴 것을 특징으로 하는 현상제층규제장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 오목부의 폭방향(W)의 길이(W2)는 상기 현상롤러접촉부로 부터 상기 벤 딩부의 자유단까지의 길이(W1)보다 짧은 것을 특징으로 하는 현상제층규제장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 오목부의 폭방향(W)의 길이(W2)는 0.1mm 이내 인 것을 특징으로 하는 현상제층규제장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 블레이드몸체와 상기 벤딩부 중 적어도 어느 하나에 상기 실링부재가 접착제에 의하여 접착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 현상제층규제장치.
- 하우징;상기 본체내에 마련되는 감광매체;상기 감광매체의 표면에 현상제를 현상시키는 현상롤러;상기 현상롤러에 탄력적으로 접촉되는 블레이드몸체, 상기 블레이드몸체에 형성되어 상기 현상롤러와 접촉되는 현상롤러접촉부로 부터 소정 각도로 벤딩된 벤딩부 및, 상기 벤딩부에 형성된 오목부를 포함하는 블레이드; 및,상기 블레이드와 접촉되는 실링부재;를 포함하며,상기 실링부재는 상기 오목부에 접촉되어 상기 블레이드몸체의 양단부에 오버랩되도록 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 현상유닛.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 오목부는 상기 벤딩부의 양측에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 현상유닛.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 오목부의 길이방향(L)의 길이(L1)는 상기 실링부재가 상기 오목부와 접촉되는 실링부재접촉부의 길이(L2)보다 긴 것을 특징으로 하는 현상유닛.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 오목부의 폭방향(W)의 길이(W2)는 상기 현상롤러접촉부로 부터 상기 벤딩부의 자유단까지의 거리(W1)보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 현상유닛.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 오목부의 폭방향(W)의 길이(W2)는 0.1mm 이내 인 것을 특징으로 하는 현상유닛.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 블레이드몸체와 상기 벤딩부 중 적어도 어느 하나에 상기 실링부재가 접착제에 의하여 접착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 현상유닛.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 하우징에 설치되며 상기 블레이드가 고정되는 브라켓을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 현상유닛.
