Claims (1)
- 합성수지 재질로 중공관 형태로 열융착 시에 융착되어 직진도와 진원도를 유지하는 두께의 직경으로 합성수지외관(11)을 형성하는 합성수지외관 형성단계(S1)와,상기 합성수지외관 형성단계(S1)에서 형성된 합성수지외관(11)의 내부에 압입되어 열융착에 의해 일체화 되도록 합성수지외관(11)의 내경보다 열융착에 대한 축소여유 만큼 작으면서 용이하게 압입되는 크기의 외경으로 알미늄, 스테인레스, 탄소섬유 강화 플라스틱 및 일반강재를 사용되는 용도에 따라 하나 또는 복수개를 일정한 비율로 합금하여 압입충진재(12)를 형성하는 압입충진재 형성단계(S2)와,상기 압입충진재 형성단계(S2)에서 형성된 압입충진재(12)를 합성수지외관(11)의 내경 측으로 삽입하여 내부에 일정한 압력으로 압입시키는 압입충진재 압입단계(S3)와,상기 압입충진재 압입단계(S3)에서 합성수지외관(11)에 압입충진재(12)를 압입하여 내부에 삽입하여 샤프트(10)를 형성한 상태에서 샤프트(10)의 외측에서 전체적으로 일정하고 균일하게 합성수지외관(11)의 용융점까지 가열시키는 샤프트 가열단계(S4)와,상기 샤프트 가열단계(S4)에서 일정한 온도로 전체적으로 균일하게 가열시켜 합성수지외관(11)을 압입충진재(12)에 열융착시켜 일체화하는 샤프트 열융착단계(S5)와,상기 샤프트 열융착단계(S5)에서 전체적으로 일정한 온도로 가열하여 열융착된 샤프트(10)를 실온에서 일정한 시간 냉각시켜 샤프트(10)를 완성시키는 샤프트 완성단계(S6)를 포함하여 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성수지 샤프트 제조방법.
