Claims (5)
- 하드 디스크 장치의 각부 조립에 사용하는 자외선 경화성 조성물에 있어서 이 자외선 경화성 조성물의 경화성 성분은 이소시아네이트기와 활성 수소의 부가 반응 촉매로 유기 아연을 사용하여 제조된 이소시아네이트 올리고머의 이소시아네이트기와, 히드록시알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트의 히드록시기를 유기 아연을 촉매로 하여 주석 화합물의 부존재하에 부가 반응시켜 얻어진 우레탄 (메트)아크릴레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 하드 디스크 장치 조립용 자외선 경화성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자외선 경화성 조성물의 주성분인 우레탄 (메트)아크릴레이트는 말단에 히드록시기를 갖는 폴리에테르와 1 분자 중에 2개 이상의 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 이소시아네이트 화합물로부터 유기 아연을 사용하여 제조된 이소시아네이트 올리고머의 이소시아네이트기와, 히드록시알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트의 히드록시기를 유기 아연을 촉매로 하여 부가 반응시켜 얻어진 생성물이며, 이 두가지 부가 반응에 있어서의 촉매로 주석 화합물을 일체 사용하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 하드 디스크 장치 조립용 자외선 경화성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자외선 경화성 조성물의 주성분인 우레탄 (메트)아크릴레이트는 말단 또는 측쇄에 히드록시기를 갖는 폴리에스테르와 1 분자 중에 2개 이상의 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 이소시아네이트 화합물로부터 유기 아연을 사용하여 제조된 이소시아네이트 올리고머의 이소시아네이트기와, 히드록시알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트의 히드록시기를 유기 아연을 촉매로 하여 부가 반응시켜 얻어진 생성물이며, 이 두가지 부가 반응에 있어서의 촉매로 주석 화합물을 일체 사용하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 하드 디스크 장치 조립용 자외선 경화성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자외선 경화성 조성물의 주성분인 우레탄 (메트)아크릴레이트는 말단 또는 측쇄에 히드록시기를 갖는 폴리에스테르 및 말단에 히드록시기를 갖는 폴리에테르와 1 분자 중에 2개 이상의 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 디이소시아네이트 화합물과의 부가 반응에 의해 제조된 폴리에테르·폴리에스테르 공중합 이소시아네이트 올리고머 화합물의 이소시아네이트기와, 히드록시알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트의 히드록시기를 유기 아연을 촉매로 하여 부가 반응시켜 얻어진 생성물이며, 이 두가지 부가 반응에 있어서의 촉매로 주석 화합물을 일체 사용하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 하드 디스크 장치 조립용 자외선 경화성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하드디스크 드라이브 하우징 케이스의 가스켓용 자외선 경화성 조성물.
