Claims (22)
- 내열성 유기 합성 중합체로 이루어지는 복수의 단섬유와, 내열성 유기 합성 중합체로 이루어지는 피브리드, 유기계 수지 바인더, 또는 내열성 유기 합성 중합체로 이루어지는 피브리드 및 유기계 수지 바인더를 주성분으로 함유하고, 상기 유기 합성 중합체로 이루어지는 피브리드(fibrid), 유기계 수지 바인더, 또는 유기 합성 중합체로 이루어지는 피브리드 및 유기계 수지 바인더에 의해 상기 복수의 단섬유가 서로 결합되어 종이형상 시트가 형성되어 있고, 상기 단섬유의 함유량이 상기 시트의 전체 질량의 40 ∼ 97 질량% 의 범위내에 있고, 유기 합성 중합체로 이루어지는 피브리드, 유기계 수지 바인더, 또는 유기 합성 중합체로 이루어지는 피브리드 및 유기계 수지 바인더의 합계 함유량이 상기 시트의 전체 질량의 3 ∼ 60 질량% 의 범위내에 있고, 또한 상기 단섬유의 일부 또는 전부는 그 섬유축에 직교하는 평면에 대해 10 내지 60 도의 각도를 이루는 양단면을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 합성 섬유 시트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 내열성 유기 합성 중합체로 이루어지는 복수의 단섬유의 일부 또는 전부는 그 길이방향으로 서로 이간된 2 개의 환형상 돌기부를 갖고, 각 환형상 돌기부의 최대직경은, 상기 단섬유의 상기 2 개의 환형상 돌기부간 부분의 평균직경의 1.1 내지 2.0 배인 내열성 합성 섬유 시트.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 내열성 유기 합성 중합체로 이루어지는 복수의 단섬유의 그 섬유축에 대해 10 내지 60 도의 각도를 이루고 있는 상기 양단면이, 상기 환형상 돌기부에 형성되어 있는 내열성 합성 섬유 시트.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 내열성 유기 합성 중합체로 이루어지는 복수의 단섬유가, 그 합계 질량의 40 내지 100 질량% 의 파라형 방향족 폴리아미드 단섬유를 함유하는 내열성 합성 섬유 시트.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 파라형 방향족 폴리아미드 단섬유가 폴리파라페닐렌테레프탈아미드로 이루어지는 단섬유 및 코폴리파라페닐렌ㆍ3,4’-옥시디페닐렌ㆍ테레프탈아미드로 이루어지는 단섬유에서 선택되는 내열성 합성 섬유 시트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 단섬유를 형성하는 상기 내열성 유기 합성 중합체가 용융 액정성 전방향족 폴리에스테르에서 선택되는 내열성 합성 섬유 시트.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 단섬유를 형성하는 상기 내열성 유기 중합체가 헤테로환 함유 방향족 폴리머에서 선택되는 내열성 합성 섬유 시트.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 단섬유를 형성하는 상기 내열성 유기 합성 중합체가 폴리에테르에테르케톤에서 선택되는 내열성 합성 섬유 시트.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 내열성 유기 합성 중합체로 이루어지는 복수의 단섬유의 섬유길이가 2 ∼ 12㎜ 의 범위내에 있는 내열성 합성 섬유 시트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유기 합성 중합체로 이루어지는 피브리드의 일부 또는 전부가, 상기 복수의 단섬유를 서로 용융 결착하고 있는 내열성 합성 섬유 시트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 피브리드를 형성하는 상기 내열성 유기 합성 중합체가 폴리메타페닐렌이소프탈아미드, 코폴리파라페닐렌·3,4'-옥시페닐렌·테레프탈아미드, p-히드록시벤조산과 2,6-히드록시나프토에산 공중합체, 및 폴리파라페닐렌벤조비스옥사졸로부터 선택되는 내열성 합성 섬유 시트.
- 제 1 항, 제 10 항 및 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 내열성 유기 합성 중합체로 이루어지는 피브리드가, 상기 유기 합성 중합체 용액 중에 이 합성 중합체 용액의 침전제를 전단력을 부여하면서 혼합함으로써 제조된 것인 내열성 합성 섬유 시트.
- 제 1 항, 제 10 항 및 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 내열성 유기 합성 중합체로 이루어지는 피브리드가, 광학적 이방성을 나타내는 상기 유기 합성 중합체 용액으로부터 분자 배향성을 갖는 성형물을 형성하고, 이 분자 배향성의 성형물에 기계적 전단력을 부여하여, 이것을 랜덤하게 피브릴화하여 제조된 것인 내열성 합성 섬유 시트.
- 제 1 항, 제 10 항 및 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 피브리드를 형성하는 상기 내열성 유기 합성 중합체가 폴리파라페닐렌테레프탈아미드 및 코폴리파라페닐렌ㆍ3,4’-옥시디페닐렌ㆍ테레프탈아미드에서 선택되는 내열성 합성 섬유 시트.
- 제 1 항, 제 10 항 및 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 피브리드를 형성하는 상기 내열성 유기 합성 중합체가 용융 액정성 전방향족 폴리에스테르에서 선택되는 내열성 합성 섬유 시트.
- 제 1 항, 제 10 항 및 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 피브릴을 형성하는 내열성 유기 합성 중합체가 헤테로환 함유 방향족 폴리머에서 선택되는 내열성 합성 섬유 시트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유기계 수지 바인더가 에폭시 수지, 페놀 수지, 멜라민 수지, 포름알데히드 수지 및 플루오로 중합체 수지로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 1 종 이상을 함유하는 내열성 합성 섬유 시트.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 0.40 ∼ 1.13g/㎤ 의 부피밀도를 갖는 내열성 합성 섬유 시트.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 0 내지 3.5%의 평형수분율을 갖는 내열성 합성 섬유 시트.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 280℃ 에서 5 분간 열처리했을 때, 길이방향으로 0 내지 0.30의 치수변화율을 나타내는 내열성 합성 섬유 시트.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 내열성 합성 섬유 시트와, 상기 내열성 합성 섬유 시트를 함침하고 있는 열경화성 수지를 함유하는 프리프레그.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 내열성 합성 섬유 시트와, 상기 내열성 합성 섬유 시트를 함침하고 있는 열경화성 수지를 함유하는 프리프레그의 가열 가압 성형체를 포함하는 적층판.
