Claims (3)
- 액체상 규소 화합물을 기화기에 도입하고, 상기 기화기에 있어서 상기 액체상 규소 화합물을 기화시킨 원료 가스를 합성로에 도입함에 있어서,상기 액체상 규소 화합물의 상기 기화기에의 도입량을 액체 매스 플로우 미터로 제어하는 합성 석영 글래스 제조방법으로서,상기 액체상 규소 화합물이 알콕시실란, 알킬시클로실록산 또는 알킬실록산 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 석영 글래스 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기화기에 있어서 안개상으로 한 상기 액체상 규소 화합물을 담체 가스와 혼합하여 가열함으로써, 상기 원료 가스를 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 s합성 석영 글래스 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 기화기에 있어서, 상기 원료 가스를 상기 액체상 규소 화합물의 비점보다 10℃ 이상 높은 온도로 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 석영 글래스 제조 방법.
